From Dr. Aafia Siddiqui to Asiya Andrabi: Pakistan Has Abandoned Yet Another Brave Sister of This Ummah to the Kuffar.

On 24 March 2026, a Delhi special court sentenced the steadfast Kashmiri leader Asiya Andrabi—a 64-year-old mother to three life terms of imprisonment. Her husband, the unwavering freedom fighter Muhammad Qasim Faqtoo, has already been languishing in their dungeons since 1993, condemned to life imprisonment for the same “crime”: refusing to bow before the Hindu occupier. This is a family shattered not by justice, but by the calculated war the Indian state wages against entire Muslim households that dare affirm Kashmir belongs to the Ummah of Muhammad (saw).

In the same ruling, the court handed 30-year sentences to Asiya’s close associates: Nahida Nasreen and, most poignantly, Sofi Fehmeeda, enduring continuous brutal detentions. Today, the once-energetic organiser emerges from years of harsh detention in Tihar Jail as a wheelchair-bound prisoner, her body broken by the occupiers’ systematic cruelty. This is not mere punishment; it is the deliberate destruction of Muslim women who refuse to remain silent in the face of occupation.

This is not an isolated miscarriage of justice. It is a calculated chapter in the open book of structural subjugation that the Hindu state has written with the blood of the Muslims of Kashmir for over seven decades. The occupation is not confined to military boots on the ground; it is a multi-layered system of oppression designed to break the body, the mind, and the soul of every Muslim who dares to affirm that Kashmir belongs to the Ummah and not to the idol-worshippers of Hindutva.

The so-called Indian judiciary stands exposed as nothing but an arm of the Hindu state. Under the draconian Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA)—a tool of legalised terror—it hands down life sentences and decades of imprisonment for political resistance while shielding the occupiers’ forces from accountability. The cases of Asiya Andrabi and Sofi Fehmeeda lay bare this farce. Thousands of Kashmiri Muslims men and women young and old rot in Indian jails on fabricated charges, denied fair trials, subjected to torture, and forgotten by a world. Under the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA), Indian soldiers commit murder, rape, and torture with legal impunity, and the courts rubber-stamp these atrocities as “national security.”

While there is a conscious structural collective punishment unleashed by the Hindu state, the regime in Islamabad just like they handed over Dr. Aafia Siddiqui to Crusader America to languish in their dark dungeons, have now abandoned Asiya Andrabi and Sofi Fehmeeda to the idol-worshippers of Hindutva.

In the tacit approval of abrogation of Article 370 by the treacherous leadership in Pakistan, the calculated surrender exposed their utter complicity. The rulers of Pakistan have proven they are willing to sacrifice the Muslims of Kashmir to appease the international order and maintain the status quo. The regime normalizes the occupation, adhering to the dictates of their colonial masters, while mothers like Asiya and daughters like Sofi are buried alive in Indian dungeons. They have entirely abandoned the command of Allah:

[وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ وَلِيّاً وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ نَصِيراً]

“And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: ‘Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help.’” [Surah An-Nisa: 75].

O sincere officers and soldiers of the Pakistan Army! Hear the combined cry of the oppressed daughters of this Ummah directed at you, the decorated men of arms. Cast your eyes upon Asiya Andrabi, an elderly 64-year-old mother, and Sofi Fehmeeda, a young woman now confined to a wheelchair by the occupier's brutality. Remember Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, still languishing in the abyss of American prisons. Look at how they remain steadfast, refusing to surrender a single inch of their resolve to the kuffar. They are unarmed and imprisoned, yet their Iman remains unbroken. What then is your excuse? You possess the tanks, aircraft, and heavy weaponry. You boast of your military might and decorate your chests with medals for the world to marvel at, yet you do not move a single battalion to liberate your sisters from this crushing oppression.

Allah the Almighty has opened an opportunity right before your eyes. The false supremacy of the US is being shattered, and the so-sanctified international world order is being torn into pieces by the very hands of those who fabricated it. The colonial powers are distracted and crumbling. What are you waiting for? Take the step of true men! Break the chains of your treacherous rulers and be the Ansar of this Ummah!

By Allah, if you do not move, the silent cries and flowing tears of Asiya, Aafia, and the countless oppressed daughters of this Ummah will stand as a great witness against you on the Day of Judgment. It is a terrifying burden of betrayal—a burden that you will not be able to bear when you stand before the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. The occupation is temporary, and the victory of Islam is inevitable.

[يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ]

“They intend to put out the Light of Allah with their mouths. But Allah will complete His Light even though the disbelievers hate it.” [Surah As-Saff: 8].

The Ummah awaits your Nusrah, for only the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) will liberate the daughters of this Ummah from the Kuffar. Oh! You officers of the Pakistani army! If you do not move now, what a shame it will be for you in this Duniya and in the Akhirah answering Allah! Break your shackles and help the oppressed in Kashmir!
