At the Top of the Front Page:
It might be asked, “Does the Khilafah really do all this? Does it bring victory and repel defeat? Does it liberate Muslim lands from the Kuffar colonialists, and even pursue them to their own homes?” We say yes, for Allah (swt) says:
﴿إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ﴾
“O believers! If you support Allah, He will support you and make your foothold firm.” [TMQ Surah Muhammad 47:7]. And supporting Allah's truth can only be achieved by establishing the Islamic state that implements His Shariah Laws. When it is established, Allah (swt) will support it, strengthen it, and grant it power, so that its friends will respect it, and its enemies will fear it. The Messenger of Allah (saw) also said: «الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»“The Imam is a shield; one fights behind him and is protected by him.” The Khaleefah and the Khilafah are a shield, a protection. And whoever has this protection will, by Allah's will, ultimately be victorious; his lands will not be lost, and his enemies will not be able to approach him.

To the Muslims Generally and Their People of Military Power and Protection
To the people of military power and protection among the sons of the Islamic Ummah, and the influentially strong within it, including ulema, Dawah carriers, and thinkers:
- Fear Allah (swt) concerning your Ummah, and do not be helpers of the oppressors, nor false witnesses to its fragmentation.
- Let your loyalty be to Allah (swt), to His Messenger (saw), and to your Ummah, not to the nationalistic borders drawn by colonialism and its subservient regimes.
- Align yourselves with the project of the Ummah, the project of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, for it alone is capable of stopping the bloodshed, deterring aggression, and liberating the decision-making.
Only under the Khilafah (Caliphate) can we live a truly Islamic life in obedience to Allah (swt). Only under the Khilafah are honor and dignity preserved. Only under the Khilafah can the Ummah be unified and its lands protected. And only under the Khilafah can we reclaim the Ummah's plundered wealth and violated rights. So, O shebaab (young men and women) of the Ummah, roll up your sleeves and work diligently with Hizb ut Tahrir, the guide who does not lie, betray, or deceive its people, until our efforts are crowned with victory (nasr) and empowerment (tamkeen) for the Islamic Ummah and the establishment of the Deen of Allah (swt).
Allah (swt) says,
[فَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الَّذِينَ أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الْمُرْسَلِينَ * فَلَنَقُصَّنَّ عَلَيْهِم بِعِلْمٍ وَمَا كُنَّا غَآئِبِينَ * وَالْوَزْنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْحَقُّ فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ * وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا يِظْلِمُونَ]
“We will surely question those who received messengers and We will question the messengers themselves. Then We will give them a full account with sure knowledge—for We were never absent. The weighing on that Day will be just. As for those whose scale will be heavy with good deeds, only they will be successful. But those whose scale is light, they have doomed themselves for wrongfully denying Our signs.” [TMQ Surah Al-A’raf 7:6-9].

Climb Aboard the Ship of Liberation (Tahrir), O people of Yemen!
When we were unified as one Ummah, distinct from all other peoples, our state extended its Rayah banner over all lands; it was the protector, the guardian, and the deterrent against anyone who dared to attack even a single Muslim. We were like one body, each part supporting the other with assistance, help, and reinforcement. If one part suffered, the rest of the body would respond with sleeplessness and fever! Then the enemies understood that this unity and this state were the source of the Islamic Ummah’s strength and its protective shield, so they targeted that shield, striving to dismantle it. They exerted tremendous effort over many long years until, unfortunately, the enemies achieved their goal and abolished the Khilafah in 1924 CE, tearing the Islamic Ummah into many fragments to prevent its return to its former glory!
The ongoing war in Yemen is not merely a local or regional conflict. Instead, it is an arena for the redistribution of international influence through regional proxies. Yemen is no longer just a stage for conflict. It has become a real test of America’s strategy in the region.
The United States is now seeking to close the Yemen issue, not for humanitarian reasons, but to realign the region and protect its strategic interests, using Saudi Arabia as an implementing tool on the ground. Saudi Arabia, which has borne the brunt of the war for years, is being exploited to direct and pressure Yemeni factions in a way that serves American interests, while the U.S. remains distanced from any direct confrontation.
In this equation, the winner is not the one who fights on the ground, but the one who plans from afar, and the biggest losers are the people of Yemen, who pay the price in blood, destruction, the plundering of their resources, and the exploitation of their country’s vital geographical location for international trade.
The true liberation (tahrir) for the people of Yemen, and for all the peoples of the fragmented Muslim world, will not come through waiting or passive reliance on others, but through tireless work to restore the state, dignity, and honor. This is the call of Hizb ut Tahrir, the guide who does not lie to his people, urging you to action and to strive to reclaim lost glory. Climb aboard the ship of liberation (tahrir)!

Sudanese Regime Security Forces Arrest Nine Members of Hizb ut Tahrir
Following three demonstrations held by members of Hizb ut Tahrir in different locations across Omdurman on the morning of Wednesday, 25 Rajab 1447 AH, corresponding to January 14, 2026, to commemorate the 105th anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah in Rajab 1342 AH, security forces arrested five members of the Hizb: Al-Radi Muhammad Ibrahim, FadlAllah Ali Suleiman, Omar Al-Bashir, Hassan Fadl, and Mujahid Adam.
Furthermore, following a demonstration held by members of Hizb ut Tahrir in Sudan at the Grand Masjid square in El-Obeid, where Ustadh Al-Nadhir Muhammad Hussein, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, addressed the crowd after Salah of Jumuah on Friday, 27 Rajab 1447 AH, corresponding to January 16, 2026, security forces arrested four members of Hizb ut Tahrir: Al-Nadhir Muhammad Hussein, Amin Abdul Karim, Abdul Aziz Ibrahim, and Ahmed Musa.

The crime of these young men is that they remind the Ummah of the life of dignity in obedience to Allah (swt), when the Ummah had a state based on Islam, and how our situation has become today after the Khilafah was destroyed, where we have fallen into humiliation, disgrace, and subservience to the Kuffar, colonialist West.
Should those who call for the glory of Islam and Muslims, and for establishing the Shariah obligation from Allah (swt), the Lord of the Worlds, under the rule of an Islamic state, the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, be criminalized and arrested, or should they be honored and followed?!

Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Jordan: Seminar: “The Radical Solution and the Ummah’s Vital Issue”
The Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Jordan organized a digital seminar on the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah, entitled, “The Radical Solution and the Ummah’s Vital Issue.”
The seminar included the following main topics:
* A reflection on the speech of the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the esteemed scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Rashtah (may Allah protect him), on the anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate).
* The bankruptcy of capitalism and its attempts to mislead the Ummah and divert it from its cause.
* The Caliphate: its system of governance, the evidence for its obligation, and how to re-establish it.
A large audience attended the event and actively participated in the sessions by asking relevant questions, concerning the necessity of establishing a Khilafah as a radical solution to the Ummah’s vital issues, the Islamic ruling on the Shariah obligation to work towards its establishment, and the Shariah evidence supporting this, in addition to the methodology for its establishment as practiced by the Prophet Muhammad (saw). These questions collectively reflected the Ummah’s aspiration for the return of the Islamic state, its longing for it, and its profound interest in this matter.
The speakers answered in detail, providing further explanations where necessary, both in their presentations on the seminar’s topics, and in their responses to the questions and inquiries. They successfully captured the audience’s attention and emphasized the crucial importance of reestablishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood and the need for serious efforts to establish it.

The Khilafah is Capable of Keeping Pace with the World’s Technological Advancements and Strategic Capabilities
If established today, the Khilafah would be capable of keeping pace with the world's technological advancements and strategic capabilities. Evidence of this can be seen in the hundreds of thousands of our people who have spread throughout the world in pursuit of knowledge and learning, filling the most prestigious universities and research centers with Muslim scientists. And we have seen how these individuals became a phenomenon that bewildered the entire West when they turned out in large numbers at the most reputable universities to demonstrate and stage sit-in protests in support of Gaza.
The issue of brain drain is a temporary one that will inevitably reverse itself when the right conditions for their return are met. We have seen that whenever hope is rekindled in a Muslim country that it will overcome corruption and rebuild itself civically, its sons and daughters flock back from around the world, to contribute their knowledge and expertise to the effort of uplifting their homeland. This confirms that the Muslim World possesses scientific and intellectual capabilities, but these are scattered across the globe. All that is needed is for the Muslim World to build a safe and secure environment, and then we will see these capabilities return like a mighty river, contributing their knowledge and expertise to build a thriving Muslim civilization that will rank among the leading nations of the world.
Therefore, Hizb ut Tahrir calls upon the sincere, active, and capable sons and daughters of the Islamic Ummah to join the ranks of those doing good deeds to establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. They must realize that claims of postponing its establishment due to weakness and disunity are mere illusions that must be quickly dispelled.
