Indeed, we at the family of Ar-Rayah Newspaper extend our sincere congratulations to our Islamic Ummah on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha. We ask Him ﷻ to make this Eid a beginning of khair and blessings for us, so that the next Eid may come while we live under honor, victory, and empowerment, sheltered beneath the banner of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) the banner of (لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله) “La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammadur Rasul Allah” “There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.” And that is not difficult for Allah ﷻ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, «... ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»“…Then there will be tyrannical rule, and it will remain for as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then He will remove it when He wills to remove it. Then there will be a Khilafah upon the Method of Prophethood.”

When Will Our Armies Move to Support the Noble Women of Palestine?!

The Palestinian Prisoners Club stated that the occupation authorities have escalated their crimes against female prisoners in Damon Prison in the occupied territories, particularly in the pace of systematic repression. In a statement, the Club explained that Damon Prison is among the most prominent prisons that have witnessed an escalation in these operations, as it holds the majority of the 88 female prisoners, in addition to a number of others in interrogation and detention centers.

The statement added that the repression units of the occupation prison administration carried out at least ten repressive operations during March and April 2026, accompanied by severe beatings, forcing female prisoners to lie on the ground with their hands tied behind their backs, and deliberately assaulting them in this position, causing injuries to a number of them.

Regarding these miserable conditions faced by the noble women of blessed Palestine and the crimes committed by the Jews against them, a press release issued by the Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir said, “A scene that sends shivers down the spine and defies comprehension: how can a group of free Muslim women be subjected to capture, humiliation, and torture, with the knowledge of the Muslim Ummah and its armies, yet their blood does not boil with the urgency to come to their aid and avenge them?!”

The release stressed that what the women of Palestine suffer in the prisons of the Jewish entity is a stain of shame upon the armies of the Islamic Ummah that have failed to support them. It said, “What our sisters are enduring in the prisons of the occupation is a disgrace to the Muslim Ummah and a stain of shame on the foreheads of all Muslim armies that remain inactive in their defense.”

The press release also affirmed that all of this is due to the absence of the Khilafah (Caliphate) state, the protective shield and fortified fortress for them and for all Muslims. It stated, “These free Muslim women would not have suffered what they have endured had the Muslims had a state and a leader (Imam). The Prophet Muhammad (saw) said, «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “Verily the Imam is a shield who is fought from behind and is protected by.” The leader of the Muslims is the shield of the Ummah’s sons and daughters.”

As for the reason behind the boldness of the Jews described as the most cowardly of creation against the people of the Blessed Land, through killing and wounding, arrest and torture, imprisonment and abuse, displacement and forced migration, the statement said, “But after the Jews saw how the Muslim rulers had imprisoned the Ummah and its armies, preventing them from supporting Palestine and its people even in the darkest and direst times, they became confident that no matter what they did, there were guardians of their borders and their entity who would ensure that the Ummah and its armies would be restrained (from attacking them). Therefore, they no longer cared about the reaction of the Ummah or its armies, as long as they saw that the rulers' thrones remained stable and firmly in place.”

The Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir concluded its press release by referring to the path in which the solution lies for supporting the male and female prisoners of Palestine, cleansing the Blessed Land from the Jews, liberating all occupied Muslim lands, and supporting oppressed Muslims everywhere. It stated, “The beginning and path of change begins with removing the Muslim rulers, who are suffocating the Muslims, and then pledging allegiance to a single, rightly guided caliph for the Ummah to lead it and its armies to establish the Deen, support the oppressed, and liberate Palestine and the rest of the occupied Muslim lands. To this we call you, O Muslims! So, hasten…hasten!”

[وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ]

“And on that day the believers will rejoice * at the victory willed by Allah. He gives victory to whoever He wills. For He is the Almighty, Most Merciful.” [TMQ Surah Ar-Rum 4–5].

The Prophet (saw) said: «إِنَّ أَعْظَمَ الْأَيَّامِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ» “The greatest day in Allah’s sight is the day of sacrifice.” On this blessed occasion, and in exaltation of the rites of Allah Almighty:

[ذَلِكَ وَمَن يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِن تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ]

“And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts.” [TMQ Al-Hajj:32].

Despite the calamities that the Islamic Ummah is living through under rulers who have failed it and handed it over to its enemy, filling our hearts with pain and sorrow, we must still extend our warmest congratulations and blessings to our dear Islamic Ummah, patient and seeking reward from Allah, on the blessed Eid al-Adha, asking Allah to make the days of this Eid days of blessing, victory, and honor.

We are also pleased to extend our congratulations, along with those of the Head of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir and all the brothers and sisters working in its departments and units, to the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent scholar Ata bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him. Pleading from our Lord Almighty that the Ummah soon gives him the Bay’ah of the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) that will end the era of humiliation in which the Ummah lives, andushering in an era of victory, liberation, and empowerment, in fulfillment of His Almighty saying:

[وَعَدَ اللهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْناً]

“Allah has promised those of you who believe and do good that He will certainly make them successors in the land, as He did with those before them; and will surely establish for them their faith which He has chosen for them; and will indeed change their fear into security.” [TMQ An-Nur: 55].

This year, Eid al-Adha comes while the Islamic Ummah still groans under the burden of colonialism, which inflicts upon it severe torment, leaving it neither the joy of Eid nor happiness in livelihood — in Palestine, Lebanon, Sudan, Iran, Yemen, Ash-Sham, and elsewhere — depriving it of the joy of Eid and the happiness of blessed days: [وَلَيَالٍ عَشْر]“And [by] ten nights.” [TMQ Al-Fajr: 2].

That arrogant Donald Trump rages and threatens, bombing Muslims and their lands and threatening them with hell unless they submit to him. And his close ally and counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu roars and tyrannizes in the lands of the Muslims, threatening to reshape the Middle East according to his vision and dreams.

As for the remaining colonial powers, they either side with these two—supporting them and bolstering their resolve—so long as we remain the victims, and the price is paid by us, not by them; such as United Kingdom, France, Australia, Germany and the others — or they may simply observe this and do nothing to support the oppressed or aid the distressed. As for the rulers of the Muslims, they are even worse as they conspire against us rather than standing with us; feeding America’s arrogance, and aiding the crimes of the Jews. The very best of them who watches from afar and counts the victims, or offers verbal condemnation and denunciation out of sheer hypocrisy.

This is some of what darkens our lives and disturbs our joy. Yet glad tidings still appear of a near relief and an awakening that will overturn the table upon colonialism and reshape the political scene in a way that will please the believers. The Islamic Ummah increases in determination day after day and shows resilience the West did not expect. It has rejected its criminal rulers and now that their true faces have been unmasked—and their moral nakedness and betrayals laid bare—after they abandoned her in her darkest hours and under the most trying circumstances, this conviction alone is sufficient to bring about the process of desired change.

[إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ]

“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” [TMQ Ar-Ra‘d:11]. We ask Allah that that day be near.

The Prophet (saw) said: «مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ الْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ فِيهِنَّ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامِ الْعَشْرِ. فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، إِلَّا رَجُلٌ خَرَجَ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ فَلَمْ يَرْجِعْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِشَيْءٍ»“There are no days in which a good deed is more pleasing to Allah than these ten days.” On being asked whether not even jihad in Allah’s path were as pleasing, he (saw) replied, “Not even jihad in Allah’s path, except when a man goes out in person with his property and loses both life and property.”

This, then, is an opportunity for every devout servant to seize these blessed days—joining their hands and efforts to those of the Dawah carriers—to strive toward the realization of the greatest obligation of our time: the resumption of the Islamic way of life through the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood. Thus, we may once again become "the best nation ever brought forth for humankind," and find honor through Islam.

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La Ilaha Illallah...

On Thursday, 21/5/2026, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan, led by the Head of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, Ustadh Nasser Reda, accompanied by Ustadh Abdullah Ismail, Coordinator of the Communications Committee, met with the Amir of the Hausa tribes in Port Sudan Province, Ustadh Salih Abdul Rahman, at his home. The following individuals were also present at the meeting:

1- Nour El-Din Mohammed, Chief of the Hausa Tribes in the Red Sea Province.

2- Hassan Osman Youssef, a tribal elder.

3- Dr. Abdullah Hassan Abdullah, a tribal elder and university professor.

4- Dr. Amir Ahmad Osman, the tribe's Secretary-General.

After introductions, Ustadh Nasser Reda explained that the goal of Hizb ut Tahrir is the resumption of Islamic way of life through the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, and the manifestation of the Deen, emphasizing the obligation to achieve this and to support those working towards it.

He also emphasized the bond of Islamic brotherhood and the unity of the Ummah and the state in the face of the kafir colonial project that seeks to tear the Ummah apart through bloodshed and tribalism.

Everyone affirmed and praised the proposal, agreeing that the Hausa people have a long-standing Islamic tradition and represent fertile ground for the Islamic project, as well as being a vital safeguard for the country's unity and social fabric.

They welcomed the meeting, emphasizing its value and the importance of continued cooperation on this project for the benefit of the country and its people.

Has It Not Come Time for the Islamic Ummah to Remove Its Treacherous Rulers That Are Sitting on Its Chest?!

The rulers of the Muslims are those who enabled America to invade our lands and infiltrate them. They are the ones who opened them wide to host military bases that now number in the dozens. They are the ones who made peace with the Jewish entity, normalized relations with it, and established projects with it, allowing it to enter the lands of the Muslims. Thus, after all of this, it has become natural that our lands turn into an arena and playground for these criminals, where they implement whatever plans and projects they wish to tighten their control.

The rulers of the Muslims collaborated with America in its invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan, and in implementing its projects in al-Sham and Yemen, enabling it there. They continue to provide it and the Jewish entity with all financial, logistical, military, and political support needed to achieve their colonial objectives. In all of this, the victims are the Muslims, their lands, and their resources.

So, until when will the Ummah remain silent under the leadership of these traitors? Has it not become time to remove them from over it and appoint a single Khaleefah (Caliph) who unites its ranks, brings it together, and cuts off the hand of colonialism from our lands, so that it becomes once again a dignified Ummah that builds glory, not a weak Ummah and a stage for events?

Yes, by Allah, the time has come.

O Armies in the Lands of Muslims! Are You Not the Impregnable Fortress of Your Countries?

O Armies in the Lands of Muslims: How long will you remain still over the actions of the Ruwaybidah (insignificant) corrupt? Are you not the impregnable fortress of your countries? Is your duty not to protect the Ummah and the people? Or has your Aqeedah changed under the pretext of obeying rulers, while you know that there is no obedience to any creature in disobedience to the Creator? And that those you obey today will disown you on the Day of Resurrection, and you will not be able to disown them in that momentous standing before Allah, the Almighty and the Majestic? Know that you are responsible for the crimes of the rulers in your countries, and that you are capable of changing them. So, act before you regret it, when regret will be of no avail!

O Muslims: The time has come to shake off the dust of humiliation from yourselves that humiliation caused by your Ruwaybidah rulers in their obedience to their masters from the disbelieving colonial powers. The time has come for you to change their evils. For besides the blatant evils and disbelief protected by their man-made constitutions, they have turned the lands into a stage for the armies of the disbelieving colonialist powers those who wish no good for you, who plunder your wealth and public properties, and who prevent you from striving for the pleasure of Allah Almighty by implementing His law and carrying His message to people, just as the Messenger of Allah (saw), his Companions (ra), and the Khaleefah (Caliphs) after him did.

O Muslims: Days and events in recent years have proven to you that you are capable of facing your enemies, and that your enemy without the betrayals and conspiracies of your rulers against you cannot do anything in your lands. Remember that you are the best Ummah ever brought forth for mankind, by your Iman in Allah (swt), enjoining good and forbidding evil. So, hasten to the real change that the pioneering guide, Hizb ut Tahrir, who does not lie to its charge, calls you to. Strive with it to establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) upon the Method of the Prophethood, so that the armies of the disbelieving peoples are driven back from your lands, or so that you make them a graveyard for them.

Waterways in the Lands of the Muslims Are a Strategic Wealth

The predicament of Trump does not lie only in the nature of his adversaries, but in the nature of the region itself. The Strait of Hormuz is not merely a waterway; it is an international pressure point capable of turning any limited confrontation into a global crisis.

Thus, America finds itself trapped between two difficult choices: escalation, which could ignite the entire region, or de-escalation, which may be interpreted as a retreat from its rhetoric of strength. In the end, the Hormuz crisis reveals a consistent fact in international politics: military power, no matter how great, is not always sufficient to resolve conflicts especially when geography intertwines with economics and regional and international calculations become increasingly complex.

Amid these transformations, an undeniable fact emerges: the waterways located at the heart of the Muslim world are not merely geographical borders or shipping routes, but a vast strategic wealth granted by Allah (swt) to this Ummah. From the Strait of Hormuz to Bab al-Mandab, from the Suez Canal to the Strait of Malacca and other vital passages, Muslims have long held the keys to global trade and energy flows. Yet they have not succeeded until today in transforming this blessing into a unified economic and political power that serves their peoples and preserves their independence.

These waterways are not a political burden as some portray them. Instead, they are a historic opportunity to build a global economic power if Muslims are able to invest them properly in order to restore their lost dignity and honor.

Nations Neither Rise Through Neglectful Inaction, Nor Does Their Situation Change Through Making Excuses

Neglecting the Shariah obligation of supporting Islam is not limited to abandoning fighting or significant stances. It may begin with matters people consider small: remaining silent about munkar (evil) out of fear of people’s criticism, neglecting inviting others to ma’ruf (goodness) due to negligence or worldly preoccupation, or limiting oneself to Salah and a few acts of worship while ignoring the concerns and affairs of Muslims. It may also appear as abandoning striving for the sake of the Deen under the excuse of being busy with work and daily life. Over time, avoidance becomes a habit, and the heart grows accustomed to justifying negligence until it loses its sense of shortcoming.

The Companions (ra) of the Messenger of Allah (saw), when they missed an opportunity for good, would feel sadness and remorse, because they knew that life is short and that a person will stand before Allah (swt) and be questioned about his Deen, his Shariah obligation toward it, and what he has presented for it. Today, however, many people when they fall short seek someone who will justify their negligence, instead of someone who reminds them of Allah (swt).

Indeed, the Ummah does not rise through the negligent, nor do its conditions change through making excuses. It rises through sincere men and women who take responsibility, struggle against themselves, and strive for their Deen even if only in small ways. Allah (swt) says,

[وَقُلِ اعْمَلُوا فَسَيَرَى اللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ]

“Tell them, O  Prophet, “Do as you will. Your deeds will be observed by Allah.”” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah 105]

Let us always ask ourselves: what have we presented for Islam? And are we among the sincere who strive, or amongst those who make excuses?
