Despite the protests and concerns of all levels of the people and the political parties, the interim government of Bangladesh finally signed an agreement to establish an office of the United States-influenced Colonialist institution, the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights. This decision of the government has been welcomed by Islamophobic feminist organizations, who are active in the West's gender equality, social recognition of the disgusting “profession” of prostitution, and the so-called human rights of LGBTQ including homosexuality that destroys society; yet they are controversial and criticized by all levels of the people because they have no voice in establishing the fair rights and dignity of women, freedom from inhuman labor, and improvement of the standard of living. In addition, this step has been welcomed by the controversial leadership in the country, who are communal provocateurs and call for US-India intervention in the country by raising the smoke of minority oppression. Although the interim government has not taken any effective steps and initiatives to protect the lives and property of the people and resolve the political crisis prevailing in the country, their various steps to protect the interests of the Americans have angered and disappointed the people. They have even set one shameless example after another of their loyalty to the Americans in a very short time.

O People, you must know that the recent report published by the United Nations Human Rights Council in the implementation of the vile political agenda of the United States has presented our military forces as human rights violators, making them controversial worldwide and plotting to discredit them; yet they have not spoken out against the Indian conspiracy of the Pilkhana massacre and the inhumane torture on the families of army officers. The United States has provided training, technology and weapons to some of our military and security forces, including RAB, to suppress political figures who carry the da'wah of Islam and are steadfast in favor of the country, and has used them for inhumane purposes. The serious allegations against this organization, which is disguised as a human rights organization, are that it has access to important institutions of the State structure, including the courts, and has collected sensitive information, and has created data on loyal political figures active against the tyrant and then shared the information with their allies for political gain. This organization has an office in Syria from where it has handed over information on political activists and rebels fighting against the tyrant Bashar to the US agent Bashar al-Assad and their ally Russia, and has cooperated in suppressing them. Similarly, this organization has an office in Palestine, from where it has handed over secret information to the illegal Jewish entity to suppress and massacre Muslims, an example of which is now clear to the world. In an interview with a British media outlet, Emma Reilly, a human rights lawyer at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), said, “High-ranking members of the UNHRC are actively handing over the names of Uyghur dissidents to the Chinese regime in order to gain political advantage from China. This is happening despite China’s policy of genocide against the Uyghur Muslims of East Turkestan.” In line with this, there should be no doubt that the Americans will use this institution to use our Muslim brothers, the Rohingya Muslims, for their geopolitical interests and to betray them under the guise of human rights, to implement ‘humanitarian corridors’ or ‘humanitarian channels’. In fact, this ‘UN Human Rights Council’, which is influenced by the United States, is a sugar-coated rogue institution. Therefore, the officials and employees of this institution add ‘liability exemption’ conditions to the agreements with the countries in which they operate. Allah (swt) says,

[وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ، أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَٰكِن لَا يَشْعُرُونَ]

“And when it is said to them, ‘Do not cause corruption on the earth,’ they say, ‘We are but reformers.’ Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not” [Surah Al-Baqarah: 11-12].

O People, this organization fights against Islam in the Muslim world and provides all kinds of support, including money, to their agents to implement the agenda to destroy the values of Islam. It is clear as daylight that their society is today in turmoil due to their corrupt thoughts and values. However, the West is forcing gender equality, detestable prostitution, homosexuality, and LGBTQ in Muslim society through this human rights charter and is continuing its project to destroy Islamic values in the name of liberal values. It calls the opposite position as extremism and supports them in their oppression. Allah (swt) says,

[وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلَا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى]

“And never will the Jews and the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, ‘Indeed, the guidance of Allāh is the [only] guidance’” [Surah Al-Baqarah: 120].

O Sincere Officers in the Military, you are witnessing that the U.S-loyal ruling class, ignoring the emotions and protests of the people, is taking one step after another to implement the U.S agenda. They are taking a stand against the people in implementing the American projects against Islam, Muslims and the country. When the people's protests and anger are not working, the last refuge of the people is the powerful sons working in the military. Just as you have forced this government to retreat from the 'humanitarian corridor' and have earned the praise of the people. In the same way, be active in resisting all the projects of the kafir colonialist American, including the establishment of the office of the UN High Commission for Human Rights, joint military exercises with the Americans, and establishing their hegemony. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»“Indeed, the Imam (Caliph) is the shield (commander) under whom the Muslims fight and defend themselves” [Sahih Muslim]. It is clear from this hadith of our beloved Prophet, the Messenger of Allah (saw) that only the Khilafah system is the true guardian of the Muslim Ummah. All Colonialist institutions, including the United Nations Human Rights Council, are tools for achieving the interests of the United States; only the Khilafah will completely uproot the foundations of all these institutions, and will protect Islam, the interests of the people and sovereignty of the country. Therefore, instead of looking at these foolish rulers and politicians loyal to the Americans - be active in establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) to protect Islam, interests of the people and sovereignty of the country; and for this give nussrah (material support) to the sincere and talented political party Hizb ut Tahrir.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ]

“O you who have believed, respond to Allāh and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allāh intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered” [Surah Al-Anfal: 24]
