In the month of Rajab 2020 CE, it will be the 99th Hijri anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate). After tasting the bitter fruits of socialism in the 1950’s and then the mirage of independence throughout the 1960’s and 1970’s, the situation of the Ummah across the world remains the same if not worse. As a result, the problems the Ummah faces have ballooned into many other issues.

The Messenger of Allah (saw) gave many glad tidings to the Muslims that motivate them to work and be reassured of achieving the victory; some of them have been achieved and some have not yet been achieved. From the glad tidings that have been achieved: On the authority of Al-Bara’ Bin Athib (ra), he said:

The Muslims intelligence and military might and determination can be seen as being the reason for the successful conquest. The Muslim army was populated by skilled designers, engineers and architects. They prepared for the conquest, capturing minor Byzantine outputs, taking control of the strait and cutting Constantinople off from the Black Sea and aid.

Surely the psychological defeat that dominated the Muslims during this period of time, their deep sense of their weakness and humiliation, and the idea of the impossibility of the return of their Khilafah (Caliphate) are nothing but as a result of the tireless work from the Kafir West in which it sought to destroy any sort of revival in them and the soul of the great Islam from their lives,
