Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia held its annual Khilafah (Caliphate) conference on Saturday, 26 April 2025, at the conference center at Soukra Junction in Tunis, the capital. The conference will be titled: "The Failure of the Modern State and the Inevitability of the Khilafah State"
