The “Introduction”, section one, page 24 (Arabic) (page 23 of the electronic version), contains a commentary on the Hadith narrated by Imam Muslim in his Sahih on the authority of Sulayman ibn Buraydah on the authority of his father: «ادْعُهُمْ إِلَى التَّحَوُّلِ مِنْ دَارِهِمْ إِلَى دَارِ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ» “Then invite them to migrate from their lands to the land of Emigrants (Muhajirin) and inform them that, if they do so,

Since our rulers are wicked, why are they excluded from the request for support when the hadith explicitly states they could support this religion? From observing the current situation, and while acknowledging that armies are the source of strength and protection these days
