RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم said, مَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً "And whosoever dies without having a Bay'ah upon his neck he dies the death of Jahiliyyah."
