The role of Ulema to defend Islam is crucial as they are the heirs of prophets to convey Islam after the Prophets. History has witnessed many Ulema who defended and protected Islam whenever it was attacked. The contribution of Ulema in the Indian Subcontinent to defend Islam was crucial, particularly under the situations whenever Islam was abolished in their life affairs.

The title of the forum was The Demolition of the Khilafah (caliphate) and the Subsequent Tribulations that befell the Ummah Speakers were Ustaadh Nasser Ridha Muhammad Othman, Head of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, and Ustaash Al-Nazir Mukhtar, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir.

Inspired by Revelation (Wahee) from Allah (swt), through the Blessed Spirit, Gibraeel (as), the Messenger of Allah (saw) conveyed to his (saw) Ummah, «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “Indeed, the Imam (Khaleefah) is a shield, from behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected.” (Muslim).
