Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia held a press conference at the conference headquarters in Ariana in the capital Tunis at 10:30 am local time entitled "Elections are a means to perpetuate a secular regime that must be changed by establishing the Khilafah".  The conference was presented by Ustaadh Abdul Raouf Al-Amiri, Head of the Political Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia, Ust. Muhammad Al-Nasi
