The Palestinian Authority through its Unjust Decisions
Threatens Civil Peace and Seeks to Destroy Society and Impoverish People and Immerse Them in Haram

Since its inception, the Palestinian Authority (PA) has been working with malice, threats and intimidation to subjugate the people of Palestine and make them an easy prey for their enemies. It covers its crimes with the law sometimes and at other times it ignores the law. Its objective is to implement the plans of the colonialists, of which the most important is to remove the people of the blessed land from their Deen. It is a long-term policy aiming to empower the Jewish entity, protect it and strengthens its presence not only in Palestine, but also to have extended arms in Muslim countries.

The people of Palestine have been afflicted by the surrendering negotiations of the PA and the scourge, disasters and neglect of land and sanctities, and its “national” project that transformed from a project for liberation from occupation into a security apparatus to serve the occupation, and into an investment project for its leaders who are only concerned with controlling privileges and developing their investments.

The Palestinian Authority has become the effective tool of our enemies in killing the steadfastness of the people of Palestine. Its sinful signing of CEDAW agreement has no goal other than to break up the family and empower the West over our women and children. The concept of gender has become promoted in all institutions, lectures and seminars are held for it, and the PA has introduced in education curricula, to make our children learn that gender identity is not fixed by birth. Rather, it is affected by psychological and social factors, and it changes and expands under the influence of social factors. The male’s feeling that he is a female is a natural feeling that must be respected, and the female’s inclinations to a female like her, are natural inclinations that must be protected. They claim that homosexuality and lesbianism are rights of the individual that must be protected. The PA has made institutions and clubs for homosexuals that are protected by its security services, and ministers in the PA defend them, so what kind of crime is this? Its security services, and ministers in power defend it, so what crime is this?!

Does maintaining and looking after society involve spreading homosexuality and protecting it?!

Then the PA dared to attack the people and continued its criminality towards them by enacting a number of legislations under the name of “decision by law”, targeting all aspects of life in order to enhance tax collection, and to suck your blood and implement the policies of your enemies.

So, the PA conspired against the workers’ abilities and their fees to get their hands on them through the Social Security Law, as well as with regard to real estate wages that are the subject of human rights disputes between people and the fees that it imposed, then the amendments to the tax law, including the knowledge tax 7% on the net rent of buildings, which is not the property, income and additional tax. The amount of looting of people’s money is a form of abusing them and pushing them to sell their properties. Then came the laws of “execution, civil and commercial procedures and penal procedures” and many others. Those unjust laws that would affect civil peace and push people to take their rights into their own hands, causing chaos and assaults on property and blood, leading society to crumble and conflicts deepen in it. On top of this, it has been carefully formulated to push people to usurious banks so that they can be devastated by debts and drown in the quagmire of the forbidden and in a war from Allah (swt) that they will not be able to repel.

With an unjust decision, about 73 dunums of the land of the endowment of the great companion Tamim Al-Dari, may Allah be pleased with him, was expropriated in order to be under the ownership of the Al-Maskobiya Church (the Russian Church) in preparation for its smuggle to the Jewish entity, as happened in a number of church properties that were smuggled to the settlers, and the PA is still seeking through the head of the Judicial Council “Abu Sharar” to circumvent the judicial decision issued by the Supreme Court nullifying the expropriation decision. So, why this insistence on the part of the PA to transfer the ownership of endowment land that was endowed by the Messenger of Allah (saw)?

And with a decision hostile to the Ummah, the “Child Protection” law was enacted, which was not to protect your children from the crimes of the occupation, nor to protect them from the Western attack that aims to separate them from their Deen. Rather, the law came in implementation of the dictates of European donor countries, to strip your guardianship from your children and families so that they would become easy prey for Western values, and a tool in the hands of your enemies.

The Child Protection Law makes the child’s right to choose his Deen, his clothing, and determine his sexual orientation away from his family and the values that govern it. The law gives him the right to determine his sexual orientation and does not give him the right to marry until he reaches 18 years of age. What is the intention behind this? It makes the father’s discipline of his son or the teacher’s discipline of his student a crime of violence, and forcing the girl to wear Islamic dress a crime of discrimination and violence, isn’t this a destruction of our children and families?

They do not want you to teach your children about prayer and the etiquette of Islam, because following this saying of the Messenger of Allah (saw):

«مُرُوا أَبْنَاءَكُمْ ‌بِالصَّلَاةِ ‌لِسَبْعِ سِنِينَ، وَاضْرِبُوهُمْ عَلَيْهَا لِعَشْرِ سِنِينَ، وَفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ»

“Command your children to perform Salat (prayer) when they are seven years old, and beat them for (not offering) it when they are ten, and do not let (boys and girls) sleep together”. [Narrated by Ahmad]

Is a crime punishable under the “Child Protection Law”!

All this confirms that the basis of the Palestinian Authority is the destruction of society and the theft of people's money, not the protection of their rights. If the basis was the care and protection of people’s rights, it would have worked to fight corruption and the waste of money that is rampant in its institutions, which has many evidences, some of them have open files, especially the files of those who leak lands to the Jewish entity, and the role of the security services in that.

O People of the Blessed Land: The decisions of the PA have become a tool for the demolition of society, its rupture and the wasting of its values, which necessitates work to stop the PA from making these decisions, and hold it accountable for its transgressions. And that the rejection of this arrogant approach be categorical. Protecting your land, your families, your children and your money requires you to stand firm with strength in rejecting all its criminal decisions and work to abolish and nullify them.

This issue is related to all your fate. The security services want to arrest your sons and extend their detention without being presented to the judiciary, in order to abuse and torture them in its premises, to break your will and to impose an atmosphere of terror on you, that enables the leaders of the PA and those behind them to crush you without anyone stopping them. So, we call on you to confront the PA’s domination, or else it will bring you peril and will clothe you in the robe of shame and loss.

O People of the Blessed Land: If the symbols of the PA are talking about the law and its sovereignty, then what the PA is doing represented by its president, government and leaders of its security services is a full-fledged crime, and with its decisions it is not accused of absurdity or dictatorship, but has committed high treason by the security coordinating with the occupation, and adopting the policies of your enemies and cooperating with them in order to destroy you and make you lose the ability to stand firm. The objectives of its policy and decisions are as clear as the sun at midday. They aim to destroy you, kill your rebellious spirit that rejects colonial projects, eliminate your Islamic aspirations and separate you from your Deen and your Ummah, to prolong the occupation and enable it to gnaw the country and expand settlements.

In conclusion: We call upon all the people of the blessed land, clans, dignitaries, unions and factions, men and women, young and old, to stand strong in the face of the control of the PA. We stress the need for a unified position to put an end to the unjust decisions of the PA and to cancel them all, and not to negotiate or discuss formal amendments to them. Because these laws will be disastrous for you and your families and devastating for your cause, and by the grace and mercy of Allah, Hizb ut Tahrir will remain with you and among you, upholding the truth, confronting everyone who wants evil for our Deen and our Ummah.

Finally: the maintenance of society and the achievement of prosperity and tranquillity for its members, can only be achieved by the rules of Islam and by a pious leadership sincere to Allah and His Messenger, and with the help and success of Allah (swt), we will establish it as a Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, the glad-tiding of the Messenger of Allah (saw). We will make the world witness the honour and justice that will make people enter Islam in droves. Allah’s victory is near.

(وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ ‌مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ)

“And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned” [Ash-Shu’ara: 227]
