Fatah and Hamas Movements signed on 23/04/2014 their agreement on the implementation of the reconciliation agreement, the formation of a unity government, carrying out of the legislative and presidential elections and re-activation of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). This move came after a stalemate in the peace process negotiations, and a stumbled mission of US Secretary of State Kerry in accomplishing what so-called framework agreement.

The statement of Mahmoud Abbas came revealing the goals and the political dimensions of the implementation of this agreement when he said, "There is no contradiction at all between reconciliation and negotiations, as long as we are committed to the establishment of a just and comprehensive peace based on the two-state principle in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy". Adding that "such a move is backed by the Arab states and the international community, and will boost the position of the Palestinian negotiators to achieve the two-state solution, which is fully consistent with the Arab peace initiative and the agreements of Mecca, Doha and Cairo, and with the international legitimacy ..." (Wafa News 23/04/2014) .

Abbas emphasized on these remarks in his speech to the Central Council of the PLO on Saturday, 26/04/2014 when he said, "The next government would be under my command and my policy", and added "I recognize the state of Israel, and I reject violence and terrorism, and I recognize the international legitimacy and I am committed to the international obligations and the government will implement them".

Hamas' comment on Abbas's speech, which exudes betrayal, was that it is a positive speech!!

O the people in the blessed land:

We know that the pressure exerted upon you is too great. And we know that you in the Gaza Strip are suffering from the plunge of oppression and deprivation; and that the situation in the West Bank is not far from that. Moreover, what is practiced on our people in the Jerusalem area is so disgraceful. All of this comes within the policy of oppression, in order to break your will and destroy your values and to compel you to compromise and submit to the Jewish entity. It even went further than recognizing the Jewish entity, in its protection and defense.

We know that the blessed land of Palestine replete with righteous men who the pressure does not increase them except sharpness, strength and determination. These righteous men are the reliable ones when the adversities increase and the darkness of conspiracies intensifies; for they are as described by the Messenger of Allah (saw):

«لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِى قَائِمَةً بِأَمْرِ اللَّهِ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ أَوْ خَالَفَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِىَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ وَهُمْ ظَاهِرُونَ عَلَى النَّاسِ»

"There will always be a group from my Ummah that will be steadfast on the order of Allah, they will not be harmed by those who abandoned them or oppose them, until the order of Allah comes and they will be triumphant over humankind." (Narrated by Muslim)

The blessed land does not derive its legitimacy from the international resolutions, for the Western countries are not its possessor to decide in its matter. This land derives its legitimacy from the Law of Allah, who selected it and made it a holy blessed land. The people of Palestine cannot grant it to the Jews, as they do not live there by virtue of citizenship, but by virtue of being guards in a frontier station as ordered by the Messenger of Allah (saw). How can the guard surrender the border to the enemy!! As its responsibility lies in the Islamic Ummah. Thus the honorable Sahabah who conquered the blessed land were not "Palestinians", and the righteous Mujahideen leaders who purified its soil of the abomination of the Crusaders and the Tatars were not "Palestinians". It is in the soil of this land that great Companions and the righteous Mujahideen of al-Sham, Iraq, Turkey, Pakistan, Yemen and other Muslim countries are buried. This land is linked with the Islamic Aqeedah and no one has the authority to waive it to the Jews.

O the sincere amongst the factions and movements:

Fatah was launched as a resistance movement calling for the liberation of Haifa, Jaffa, Lod and Ramle. And Hamas was launched and called for liberalization from the river to the sea. The other factions sought liberation and refused to recognize the entity of the Jews. No traitor dared to recognize the entity of the Jews, and when Sadat betrayed, the positions of the factions were explicit and clear; the positions which were encountered by the treacherous Bourgaiba initiative. However, the conspiracy against the Blessed Land to install the Jewish entity continued at a vigorous pace. Thus, the criminal rulers have been engaged on taming the movements and factions to accept the interim solutions and later on to accept the Jewish entity and its recognition. So the Fatah Movement announced what it called the armed struggle, refusing to recognize or negotiate with the Jewish entity and considered reconciliation with it a high treason. But only remained for a little while until it abandoned what it announced, and the reconciliation, recognition and negotiation with the Jews became national interest!!!, While Hamas considered the acceptance of the two-state solution on the '67 borders a high treason and a great sin, but it did not last long before the two-state solution has become an acceptable solution!!!.

As for the mother of the crimes, it is the PLO that had been taken as a concealment to recognize the Jewish entity and to give it legitimacy to the blessed land. It came out of its womb the illegitimate child that was later named the Palestinian Authority, which later turned into an illegitimate child that is disputed on.

Therefore, the split between the West Bank and Gaza took place, and then defending the authority became in advance of everything else. So that in order to maintain the authority in Ramallah there was the disgraceful security coordination and the humiliating defeatism in front of the occupation. And to maintain the authority of Gaza, there was the ceasefire preventing the acts of jihad against the Jews. Thus the authority became an aim in itself, and protecting it became the highest priority.

We say to you with advice: The blessed land is not for bargaining and it will not be permanent existence for the Jews. Your unity and reconciliation must be in order to liberate it and uproot the Jews from it. You should remember the words of the Messenger of Allah (saw) in the authentic Hadeeth narrated by Ibn Hibban from Abu Hurayrah (ra) who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا صُلْحًا أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا أَوْ حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا»

"Reconciliation amongst the Muslims is permissible, except a reconciliation that permits the Haram or prohibits the Halal". We dissociate you to be partners in the betrayal of waiving the blessed land, as there is no greater betrayal than the recognition of the Jewish entity or providing legitimacy and cover to those who give legitimacy to the Jewish entity. You should reflect upon the words of Allah (swt):

((إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ لِتَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ بِمَا أَرَاكَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَكُنْ لِلْخَائِنِينَ خَصِيمًا))

"Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth so you may judge between the people by that which Allah has shown you. And do not be for the deceitful an advocate". [An-Nisa: 105]

In conclusion:

This is a sincere call we call upon the sincere amongst the factions and movements, and we address a call of truth to the Muslims in the Blessed Land; eradicate the legitimacy from the negotiators and stop the abusers' hands of the place where the night journey of the Messenger of Allah (saw) took place. Abandon the treacherous and the agents, and return the cause to its origin, to the Ummah of Islam. Meet on the common word:

"The blessed land of Palestine will not be but pure for Muslims", and make it your slogan. Cry for help on Muslim armies to liberate it and know that the honor of liberating the blessed land will not be gained but by the pious and the pure men striving in the way of Allah. It is upon those that the victory of Allah descends, He (swt) says: ((وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ))

"And incumbent upon Us was support of the believers" [Ar-Rum:47]

So be the forerunners of the right, the workers for the Deen of Allah, and do not taint yourselves by the shameful betrayal

((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ))

"O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]". [Anfal: 27].

And comply with the words of Allah (swt): ((وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا))

"And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided". [Al- Imran:103].

The dawn of the Khilafah "Caliphate" is emerging and the forces of the Haq (truth) fortified in their strongholds ready to pounce on the treacherous and to support Islam and the establishment of the Deen. Soon, Allah willing, we will see a Khaleefah advancing Muslim conquest and liberation armies to the sacred House, and his battalions explore into the lands, shouting the Takbeers and Tahleels; and on that day the believers will rejoice in Allah's victory.

And all praise be to Allah the Almighty, the Lord of the Worlds.
