On 13/04/2016, three Muslims were arrested under the charge of the suspicion of their affiliation to Hizb ut Tahrir in the town of Nizhnevartovsk. They are: Edward (Zaid) Huseinov, Ildar Jabdarayabov and Rainat Bajayiv.
