The Dawah Carriers of Hizb ut Tahrir Ask You to Conform to Full and Comprehensive Implementation of Islam; Is Prison your Answer?

Several Dawah carriers of Hizb ut Tahrir in Kabul and Kapisa, who are now in prisons for the so called crime of calling for the Khilafah (Caliphate) and the unity of the Ummah, have not been granted permission to meet their families, even after spending several months of imprisonment. While other prisoners including military dissidents, kidnappers, murderers and bandits are allowed to visit their families. The claim that the investigation process has not been completed is a baseless justification. The decree by the leadership of the regime states that the case of an accused should be handed over to the court after ten days of his arrest. Not only this decree has been violated, but also the Dawah carriers and their families have been suppressed by various pressure.

We warn those authorities of the government who commit such non-Islamic, discriminatory and obvious acts of oppression against Muslim Dawah carriers that the activity of Hizb ut Tahrir is not a crime nor is it forbidden (Haram) from the point of view of Shariah; while, the forbidden (Haram) acts are indeed committed by those who happen to detain the Dawah carriers and impose mental and physical pressure on them. Those, who for any reason, commit this brutal act are guilty according to Islam, and they should be afraid of Allah (swt) that their actions will turn into a witness against them in the Hereafter.

The Dawah carriers of Hizb ut Tahrir, by undertaking the duty of enjoining the virtue and forbidding the vice as well as making the rulers accountable, encourage you to comprehensively implement Islam in Afghanistan and carry it to other nations of the world. Do you put those in the prison who sincerely invite you to goodness (khair)?

The ironic part is that you are worried about the well-wishing of the Dawah carriers, but are not concerned regarding those who call you to the infidel international order aimed at getting you closer to the colonialist states and their so-called organizations? On the contrary, some officials of the regime consider close engagement with them as an achievement, while the path they encourage leads to the Hell. The Dawah carriers of Hizb ut Tahrir do not demand anything from you other than the complete and comprehensive implementation of Islam. The truth is that if you abide by this call, you will turn into a regional and global power. But if you do not fully implement the commandments of Allah (swt), these Dawah carriers will not let you go and will enjoin the virtue and forbid the vice, ensuring accountability of the ruler – even if they suffer a lot of hardships and harassment in this path.

Our reminder to the sincere elements of the regime is that the Messenger of Allah (saw) says:

«كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، وَالإِمَامُ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِه»

“All of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and the things under your care. The Imam (ruler) is the guardian of his subjects and is responsible for them.” According to the mentioned Hadith, the rulers are responsible for their subjects and subordinates. It is the responsibility of those in charge to prevent those who commit non-Islamic and seditious acts against Muslim Dawah carriers because they (rulers) will be accountable to Allah (swt) for the actions of their subjects and subordinates on the Day of Judgment. Therefore, those who claim to be practicing Islam, faith and Jihad must implement the rules of Islam in all areas of governance and their actions, policies and behaviors should not be similar to that of the tyrants and/or occupation forces, especially within the intelligence and judicial system.
