Today we will discuss the government's clamp down on Hizb ut-Tahrir since we accounted the government for its role in Pilkhana conspiracy. We will also present our position regarding the latest political situation of the country.

Hizb ut-Tahrir in Bangladesh organized a seminar today on ‘Islam's Model for Industrialization at the auditorium of Engineering Institution, Dhaka. Member of the party Mustafa Minhaz delivered the speech on the subject. Chief Coordinator and Official Spokesman Mohiuddin Ahmed, Deputy Spokesman Kazi Morshedul Haque, Mawlana Mamunur Rashid, Mohammad Shakawat Hossain and A S M Alauddin were present on the panel.

Chief Coordinator and Official Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Bangladesh Mohiuddin Ahmed condemned the government decision to stop the party from holding its rally against ‘the government's ploy to cover up the truth behind the BDR massacre through spurious investigation'.

Dear Journalists, Hizb ut-Tahrir in Bangladesh has organized this press conference today in order to present the party's statement on the so-called BDR mutiny, the latest developments relating to the issue, and the arrests of party members and activists for exposing the conspiracy to destroy the defence forces of the country.
