The Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir Successfully Holds International Women’s Online Conference
“The Liberation of Palestine: Challenges and Glad Tidings”

The Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir, in coordination with Hizb ut Tahrir women around the world, held a successful international women’s online conference on the Zoom platform entitled “The Liberation of Palestine: Challenges and Glad Tidings” on Saturday, October 5, 2024. Hundreds of Arabic-speaking women from around the world attended the conference, both in the conference hall and on Facebook pages of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir. Speakers from Palestine, Tunisia, Syria, Lebanon, Indonesia, and America participated in the conference.

The conference commenced with a beautiful recitation of verses from the Noble Quran, followed by a speech by the moderator who described a glimpse of the current situation in Gaza and Palestine after a year of the war of genocide carried out by the Jewish entity and its alliances, with collusion and inaction from the global Islamic and Arab world.

During the discussion, the participants clarified the obstacles that prevent the liberation of the Blessed Land of Palestine from the collusion of the rulers with to the benefit of the Jewish entity and the West, not to mention the nationalism and ethnicity that tore the Ummah apart. They also highlighted the role of international institutions and their agreements, as well as the sponsored media affiliated with the regimes that aims to mislead people by diverting the compass away from the right direction.

Then they spoke about the role of the Islamic Ummah in resolving the Palestinian issue in a fundamental manner, which must emanate from the correct Islamic Aqeedah (beliefs) and not from the West or its solutions and plans. The solution will only come through working to raise the word of Allah and jihad, by removing the traitorous rulers and mobilizing the armies to liberate them and eliminate the Jewish entity and its supporters. Despite the gap that the current regimes have created between these armies and the Ummah, there is still goodness exists in these armies. They need someone to mobilize them to carry out their duty, so they can protect the Ummah, and defeat its enemies.

The participants also spoke about the role of women and other members of the Ummah, especially scholars and imams, in ending the occupation and massacres, whether inside or outside Palestine.

The speakers were keen to spread hope and affirm the glad tidings despite all the tragedies, massacres and miserable state of the Ummah, as blessings come from hardships and light will shine despite the darkness. This is the promise of Allah Almighty and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw) and we must all work to achieve it in order to attain the good of this life and the Afterlife.

During the conference, answers were given to numerous questions raised in the conference hall and on Facebook pages via livestream.

The conference included showcasing several videos produced by the Women's Section, which showed the extent of the crimes and brutality practiced by the Jewish entity against the people of Palestine, especially Gaza. It also revealed the treason of the rulers of Muslim countries, and that they are all agents and accomplices of the enemies of the Ummah, cuffing the hands of the people and allowing enemies to control the countries, their people, and wealth. These videos presented the strength and capabilities of the armies, and how many weapons and equipment there are in the barracks and warehouses with which one army can eliminate the Jewish entity, so how would it be if they were all united into one army led by one Imam!

Muslim women called on the armies of the Islamic countries to liberate the Blessed Land of Palestine, perhaps their voices and words would touch conscious hearts within these armies, perhaps we see someone like Al-Mu'tasim.

They also stressed the goodness of the Islamic Ummah, and that it only needs someone to lead it to right direction, armed with faith and trust in victory (nusrah) from Allah, and the people of Gaza are a living example of that, as well as the role of scholars and imams in illuminating the path of the Ummah, speaking the truth in front of the rulers, and urging the armies to support the people of Palestine and Gaza.

The conference was concluded with a touching dua’, which we ask Allah to answer.

The Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir had sent two open letters through the Central Media Office’s websites; one to the people of strength and power in the Muslim armies to urge them to take action towards liberating the Blessed Land of Palestine, and another to the mothers, wives, daughters and sisters of individuals in these armies. We ask Allah Almighty to find conscious ears and insightful hearts.
