The UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in the Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, said: "(Israel) is committing a horrific genocide in Gaza and slaughtering Palestinians daily with the absolute support of Western countries." Albanese explained in an interview with Al Jazeera that ("genocide is a major crime that should shock us. Over the past months, I have repeated in hundreds of interviews that the genocide practiced by (Israel) is horrific and terrible, and I do not understand how it continues until now." She asked, "What will it take to stop this hell?" before confirming that what is happening in Gaza has confirmed the end of the world order that was built after World War II. She added, "The world order is showing its true face as a colonial group of Western countries that continue to support (Israel) and claim that it is self-defense, and it is not. (Israel) is now slaughtering Palestinians. What you see is children in Gaza being killed in the street, and people being burned in tents." Albanese concluded her speech by confirming that what is happening in Gaza is "genocide with the aim of controlling the land, and this is what (the Israelis) themselves say”).

In this context, a report was published at the United Nations on October 19th, 2024, on “monitoring the banning of protests at American universities and restrictions imposed by European countries.” Western democracies, namely the United States, Canada, France, Germany, and Belgium were accused at the United Nations of harshly suppressing the right to demonstrate for the Palestinian cause, especially at the beginning of the war in the Gaza Strip. The report spoke of “harshly suppressed demonstrations at universities in the United States,” referring to the intervention of riot police in New York at the end of April 2024 to expel dozens of pro-Palestinian activists at Columbia University. As for European countries, the report specifically mentioned “Germany, which imposed a complete ban on pro-Palestinian demonstrations in October 2023, and has since imposed restrictions on such protests in various German regions,” adding that these restrictions were “never imposed on demonstrations for (Israel), but always on those in support of the Palestinians.” It added that “France tried to take the same measures, but the courts rejected them, and the assessment is now done on a case-by-case basis,” noting that “Belgium and Canada have adopted similar positions”.

An example of the Western world leader America’s disbelief in freedom of expression, for which it has waged wars overseas, is when the American police arrested more than 200 pro-Palestinian demonstrators after they organized a sit-in outside the New York Stock Exchange on October 15, 2024, to demand an end to American support for the Jewish entity’s war on Gaza. The demonstrators chanted purely humanitarian slogans such as “Let Gaza live” and “Stop funding genocide” in front of the famous stock exchange building near Wall Street in Manhattan. In contrast, there were a limited number of pro-Jewish entity demonstrators at the site, who raised its flag, and they were not subjected to any action by the police.

This is a plea from lawyers and human rights activists from the Western camp, and this is evidence in sound and image, proving that Western civilization and the countries based on it, especially the leading countries of the Western world, America, France and Germany, confirm the fall of what remained of the fig leaf that the West thought was covering its shame, as the situation in the West has reached the point where it is not satisfied with providing the entity of those who have been cursed with lethal weapons to kill people and stones, but rather with suppressing everyone who denies this brutality, and this is the final nail that has been hammered into the coffin of Western civilization, and all that remains for the people of the world, including the Islamic Ummah, is to bury this stinking corpse, so that humanity can rest from its evils and those who run it.

The task of burying this monster is the duty of the Islamic Ummah, as it is the owner of the civilized alternative that can with all merit advance humanity with the human values ​​that Allah has chosen for all people. The Ummah must establish the political entity that represents the divine Islamic civilization that will, with Allah’s help, eliminate falsehood and triumph for the truth. Therefore, all the sincere people in the Ummah must work to establish the Khilafah State on the method of the Prophethood by urging the Muslims armies to cut off the arms of the West in our countries; the existing regimes therein, and give support to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish it, so that the saying of the Messenger of Allah (saw) will be fulfilled: «وَإِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»“Verily the Imam is a shield, behind whom you fight and you protect yourself with” Narrated by Bukhari.
