America roams around freely, killing and slaughtering in the Muslim Lands, as if they were part of the United States!

Obama announced haughtily on the morning of Monday 2nd of May 2011 that he has stormed a safe house in Pakistan, killing its men, women and children ... that Bin Laden was from amongst the dead and the aggressive American forces took his body with them... a US official then added that they gave the body of bin Laden a sea burial in the Islamic way! An open slander on Islam, may the curse of Allah be upon the Kafireen.

If indeed Bin Laden has been martyred, he has not lost. For Bin Laden would be awarded one of the two Hasanayn, victory or martyrdom, at the hands of the Kafireen (Disbelievers) who are explicit in Kufr, so much so that they will not be able to challenge Bin Laden on the day of Resurrection even with a single rak'ah that they prayed.

As for Obama, he has lost twice in this incident:

Firstly: America, despite its huge army and the armies of her allies as well as the help of the traitor agent rulers, has spent almost a decade in pursuit of a man who did not have the material strength of even one tenth of the power of a single battalion in any one of those armies ... and even if they seized him in such a state after so long, such a war has been lost, not won in the eyes of the knights.

Secondly: Obama did not kill bin Laden by facing him in the open battlefield, rather he murdered him within a home! In the eyes of the noble heroes of war, this is not a victory over which Obama should take such pride...

The martyrdom of a Muslim at the hands of the crusader, hateful of Islam and Muslims, is nothing strange. But what is painfully absurd is that America roams freely in the Muslim lands, violating airspace and bombing houses, collapsing them on the heads of their residents, irrespective of them being children, women or elderly!! All of this is done without the slightest objection or rejection by the rulers!! Our rulers, disgraced and despised in the eyes of America, are drowned in their betrayal. America uses them as spies providing them intelligence to kill Muslims, even if America decides to kill and assassinate on their doorsteps without their permission, causing them only disgrace and humiliation!

All this is over and above the announcement of the killing of bin Laden being clouded with dubiousness and suspicion about the circumstances of the criminal operation, conflicting intelligence reports and shrouding of the detailed circumstances. However only time will reveal the reality of this and many other painful events upon this Ummah....

In this regard, Hizb ut-Tahrir would like to remind the following:

1 - The West continues to fight a Crusader war against Islam and Muslims, and it is a crusade, even though Obama lied when he said, "America is not and will never be against Islam."

What are the American forces and her allies doing in Afghanistan? What are the American troops and her allies doing in Iraq? What about the blood of tens of thousands of Muslims that America has shed, and continues to shed? What about the dubious silence of the Kafir West regarding the killing of Muslims in Chechnya and Kashmir and other Muslims throughout the world? Is this not all done at the hands of the Western Kafir Crusaders whether directly or indirectly?! And what else?!

It is a continuous and relentless Crusader war!! As previously stated by former American President George W. Bush in 2001 that this war is a Crusade which was also supported by senior Western politicians.

2 - The time has come for the people of Pakistan to do the following:

- To seize the hands of the criminal regime who has subjugated the country to serve America in its war against Islam and the Muslims! It is not permissible for them to be at ease until they depose a criminal regime that befriends the enemies of Allah and this Ummah...

- Those who possess the strength from amongst the Pakistani military officers and the sons of the tribals, must fulfill their role that Allah SWT has obliged upon them. We ask them: Isn't defending Islam and Muslims part of your Great Deen?

How do you accept this humiliation from America, that she spills blood and roams around freely as she wishes, perpetrating evil in the sanctity of your lands?!

So come to your senses, O Men! Remove your rulers and stretch out your hands to the hands of Hizb ut-Tahrir to declare the Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Methodology of the Prophethood, which will rule by Islam, liberating the Muslims lands and its people, carrying Islam to the rest of world with the message of guidance and Light.

O Muslims around the world!

Indeed this brutality and criminal measures in dealing with Islam and Muslims will continue and increase, until Allah (swt) bestows upon this Ummah its Khilafah "Caliphate", which will rise as a protector and a shield.

So surge forward O Men, surge forward O servants of Allah, to support the Deen of Allah, making Islam lead the world again, removing injustice and oppression committed by America and Europe, to the light and justice of Islam, the light and justice that humankind will never see the like of..

Surge forward and join hands with Hizb ut-Tahrir for the good of this world and the Hereafter.

(يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِؤُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ)

"They want to extinguish Allah's Light with their mouths, but Allah will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the disbelievers hate it. It is He Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth, to make it superior over all religions even though the mushrikeen hate it." [Surah Alsaf 8,9]
