Obituary of a Da’wah Carrier

(مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ
وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلاً)

“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration.” [al-Ahzab 23]

In submission to the command of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala and content with His Qadaa, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Jordan mourns to the Muslim Ummah and the People of Jordan:

Ustaadh Mohamad Ahmad Al-Rashdan – Abu Khalid

Who passed away on Wednesday 5 Sha’ban 1440 AH, corresponding 10/4/2019 at the age of 82 years old. He - Rahimahullah – was one of the early members of Hizb ut Tahrir in Jordan, and he – Rahimahullah – was an example of a Da’wah carrier who was concerned with his Ummah and who spent a lot of his life and health in the way of resuming the Hukm of Allah (swt) to be implemented in life by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah state on the method of the Peophet.

May Allah have mercy on Abu Khalid, forgive him and enter him into Jannah of Firdaws with the Prophets, the Truthful Ones, the Martyrs, the Righteous and the best of their company. We also ask Allah (swt) to inspire us and his family with patience and solace.
