The Unjust Rulings Against the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir are Terrorism and Oppression
(Translated)

The Court of Cassation upheld a decision of the State Security Court, sentencing two of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir to four years in prison each; on charges of belonging to Hizb ut Tahrir, and inciting against the regime in Jordan, and that was against the background of finding publications and books for the party in their homes, to which we comment:

The establishment of Hizb ut Tahrir as a political party that works to resume Islamic life is one of the Shari‘ah obligations that Allah the Almighty has enjoined. There is no point in the laws of the system in Jordan, nor in its courts, nor in the system as a whole, as it is fundamentally based on falsehood. Moreover, Hizb ut Tahrir invites it to political action and intellectual struggle, and it does not perform any material acts such as carrying arms. And its call for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) State does not concern Jordan only, but it includes all Muslim countries, and wherever the victory of Muslims is i.e. the restoration of their authority, the state of Islam will be, so why does Jordan single out itself that this call is undermining its ruling system, even though the party works openly during the day in many Islamic countries with its political call, and the regimes of those countries do not consider it to be working to undermine their rule?!

These unjust prison sentences on the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir simply for belonging to a political party that calls for Islam and the implementation of its rulings, is terrorism carried out by the State Security Court and suppression of all those who call politically to save the Ummah from the colonial control; political and economic, and exposes and reveals the lies of the regime in what it claims to modernize and political amendments and encourage the formation of political parties. It indicates, as we have said in previous statements, that the parties that the regime wants are parties of its own kind, agreeing with its political actions that humiliated the country and the people and brought them to the bottom by mortgaging the country to the colonial Kafir who opened the country to it by offering it to take it as a military base and made the army at its service.

O Muslims:

The work to resume the Islamic life and restore the Khilafah (Caliphate) state is a Fardh Kifayah (obligation of sufficiency) on all of you and not on Hizb ut Tahrir alone. This work remains an obligation on your necks until its establishment, and these unjust and discriminatory rulings on the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir are part of the war against Islam and blocking its path, and an attempt to bring fear into your souls to avoid a great imposition imposed on you by Allah the Almighty.

Since it was founded in 1953, Hizb ut Tahrir has been working to resume the Islamic way of life and calling on the Ummah to restore the Khilafah. It is a political party whose principle is Islam, and its actions have become known to everyone, and it is present in forty countries, and it will not be deterred by the arrest, repression or unfair rulings of judges who sold their afterlife. The world of their rulers, weak and terrified regimes that fear calling to Allah and implementing His rulings.

[وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]
