«إِنَّ أَمَامَ الدَّجَّالِ سِنِينَ خَدَّاعَةً... الْفُوَيْسِقُ يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ»

“In front of the Dajjal, There Will be Years of Deception... The Immoral Person Will Speak on Behalf of the Public.”
(Translated)

Allah’s Messenger (saw), said: «إِنَّ أَمَامَ الدَّجَّالِ سِنِينَ خَدَّاعَةً، يُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ، وَيُصَدَّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ، وَيُخَوَّنُ فِيهَا الْأَمِينُ، وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ، وَيَتَكَلَّمُ فِيهَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ»، قِيلَ: وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ؟ قَالَ: الْفُوَيْسِقُ يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ»“In front of the Dajjal, there will be years of deception, in which the truthful person will be disbelieved, and the liar will be believed, and the trustworthy person will be considered treacherous, and the treacherous person will be trusted, and the immoral person will speak on behalf of the public.” It was asked, "Who are the immoral?" He said, “The wicked person who speaks on behalf of the public.” [Narrated by Imam Ahmad in his Musnad].

The country has not yet recovered from the shock of the heinous crime committed by some deviant criminals known as "TikTokers" in their abuse of children! Another deviant from the same circles has emerged, in a session of immorality, decadence, debauchery, and alcohol, mocking the Deen of Muslims, their Prophet (saw), and their prayers!

To the authorities, especially those who represent Muslims in it: The situation has reached this point due to your absence in imposing the deserved deterrent punishments on these criminals, some of which should reach the point of execution. The situation has become such that those who have sold themselves to Satan dare to insult deen and the dignity of people. They have become slaves to their secularism, knowing neither what is permissible nor what is forbidden, nor the customs or traditions rooted in people's Deen.

[هَلْ أُنَبِّئُكُمْ عَلَى مَن تَنَزَّلُ الشَّيَاطِينُ * تَنَزَّلُ عَلَى كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ]

“Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend?*They descend upon every sinful liar.” [Ash-Shu'ara: 221-2]

It is the duty of the authority not to tolerate these individuals, for this is a warning of destruction and ruin

[وَإِذَا أَرَدْنَا أَن نُّهْلِكَ قَرْيَةً أَمَرْنَا مُتْرَفِيهَا فَفَسَقُوا فِيهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيْهَا الْقَوْلُ فَدَمَّرْنَاهَا تَدْمِيراً]

“And when We intend to destroy a city, We command its affluent but they defiantly disobey therein; so the word comes into effect upon it, and We destroy it with [complete] destruction.” [Al-Isra:16].

The silence of such entities, and those behind them from institutions, associations, and organizations, and not just silence, but granting them licenses, all of this has led to what you see of the proliferation of immoral behavior! Is the iron fist of the state and its apparatuses only on those who speak the truth and who are thrown into prisons without trials?! But when these individuals dare to insult the deen of the majority of the people and their beliefs, we hear no whisper from you?!

The failure of the authority to take real and effective measures towards such blasphemy, atheism, and immorality in a country of Muslims will make this authority complicit and defenders of those who fight against Alla Almighty and His Messenger (saw)!

To the role of fatwa in Lebanon, which has positioned itself as responsible for Muslims, we say: Your reaction must be severe and harsh to such audacity and immorality. No means or methods should be left to punish these individuals, especially since you are in a position to change these wrongdoings.

O Muslims in Lebanon: Silence over the corruption taking place, and your failure to seek the implementation of the Sharia of Allah Almighty to make it the ruler and the ruling authority, will result in what you hear and see!

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «إِقَامَةُ حَدٍّ بِأَرْضٍ خَيْرٌ لِأَهْلِهَا مِنْ مَطَرِ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً»“Carrying out a Hadd punishment in a land is better for its people than if it were to rain for forty nights.” It is narrated that our master Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "إِنَّ اللهَ لَيَزَعُ بِالسُّلْطَانِ مَا لَا يَزَعُ بِالْقُرْآنِ" "Indeed, Allah removes with the Sultan (authority) what He does not remove with the Quran."

Our history is replete with the rise of Muslim rulers who governed by the Book of Allah Almighty, deterring all corruption, even that which was in distant lands, fearing its spread to them, lest they incur the wrath of Allah Almighty. So how is it that corruption and corruptors are among you, without any deterrent authority or established boundaries for punishment of every corruptor?!

Is it not enough for Muslims to bleed in Lebanon and Palestine, to be preoccupied with finding a way out of this dark tunnel?! Is this not enough, until some who are not worth the wing of a mosquito dare to harm Muslims?!

Let them know that their exploitation of these circumstances and the preoccupation of Muslims will not allow them to pass by with their trivialities and decadence... But every appointed time will come, and soon the Islamic state; Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood will hold to account anyone who dares and will dare to transgress against the Deen of Allah Almighty and His prophets, peace be upon them, and their rituals.

[إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَاداً أَن يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلَافٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ * إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَقْدِرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ]

“Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment * Except for those who return [repenting] before you apprehend them. And know that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” [Surat Al-Ma’ida: 33-4]
