[الَّذِينَ قالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزادَهُمْ إِيماناً وَقالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ]

“Those to whom people [i.e., hypocrites] said, "Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them." But it [merely] increased them in faith, and they said, "Sufficient for us is Allāh, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.”[Aal-i-Imran: 173]

As soon as Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Lebanon announced its call to demonstrate and speak the word of truth, in support of the people of Palestine in general, and Gaza and Rafah in particular, in front of the Embassy of the State of Egypt in Beirut, the security apparatus in the city, the city of Muslims and people of Islam, mobilized. Within one hour of issuing the call through social media, one of the apparatuses went to the Hizb’s office in Beirut, without any legal basis or judicial representation, and said that this action was not permitted by the security apparatus.

We are aware of the extent of the solidarity of the security system that was formulated by the colonialist kafir West to preserve its interests in Muslim countries. We are fully aware of the fear from the strength of the call of the armies, which is led and uniquely by Hizb ut Tahrir in Muslim countries to support their Ummah and its issues, because the truth is that these armies and those in them are the sons of the Ummah who are yearning and burning in pain over what is happening to their people in Palestine, while they are shackled and forbidden from moving! There is no clearer evidence of this than the protective jealousy of the Egyptian army soldiers a few days ago, when they opened fire on the Jews, the usurping occupiers in the Rafah area; the news that the Jews and the rulers sought to hide, fearing that these good feelings and sincere actions would be transmitted to the rest of the armies.

As for those whom we and the Ummah hate and curse; the agent rulers and their repressive apparatuses, may Allah disgrace them and humiliate them, their job is to stop the Ummah and the armies from any sincere action! Their function is limited to guarding the colonial system! Within that system is the Jewish entity!! How could they not, when the Jewish entity existed alongside those colonial entities called homelands? Weren't the Balfour Declaration and the demarcation of Sykes and Picot born from the same womb?!

We will not hesitate to oppose what our Deen, the true Deen, dictates to us, and we will not back down from calling on the armies to support our people in Palestine, and even to change these agent regimes.

The decisions of the Lebanese authority to prevent this call (dawah) are nothing but decisions issued by the support of the embassy of the forces of evil, America, which claimed freedoms and exported them to the world! But, when its university students took action, it suppressed them and confiscated their educational and expressive rights!

The Lebanese authority was eager to conclude the disguised normalization with the Jews under the names of “demarcating the maritime borders” and then the attempts to “demarcate the land borders”.

The rulers of Lebanon are no different from the rulers of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, and the rulers of Iran and Turkey! They all fall between an agent and a follower. America is the one that brought them to power, it is the one that recognizes their legitimacy, it is the one that protects them if their people take action! It protects them even if they commit brutal massacres, as is seen, felt and known!

We, in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Lebanon, declare that we will continue our movements, to support Muslim issues in general and the Gaza issue in particular, and to call on the Muslim armies in general, and the Egyptian army in particular, to defend our people in Gaza.

The movements will be throughout the scope of the party’s work in the state of Lebanon, and not just in the capital, which we seize the opportunity to call on its people to express their rejection of the apparatus’ dominance over the decision-making of the city and its people. Its people, who at the origin of their presence in this city are protectors of one of the ports and shores of Islam, have not been and will never be – Allah willing - guardians of the Jewish entity, and not of the corrupt, their authority and their apparatus.
