The International Criminal Court: A Political Tool, Not a Judicial One
True Justice Can Only Be Achieved through the Application of Islamic law under the Khilafah Rashidah

On the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meetings in New York, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, met with Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, the Chairman of the Sovereignty Council and the Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, on Friday, September 22, 2023. According to reports, Karim Khan informed Al-Burhan that the investigations into violations in Darfur would include military leaders, including himself. As reported by Al-Arabiya, the Chief Prosecutor pointed out that the court would only bring charges for violations in Darfur if there is sufficient evidence. He added that they have the authority to investigate events in Darfur involving all parties, emphasizing that the United Nations Security Council granted them the right to investigate Darfur events.

It is widely known that the International Criminal Court is one of the political tools of Europe, used to exert pressure on America's agents and utilized as a card whenever it serves its interests. Europe does not concern itself with the bloodshed of the Muslims or the violations of their dignity. In the eyes of many, Europe and America share culpability in various crimes. The history of Europe, particularly Britain and France, has seen actions against Muslims that are far from admirable.

What the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court did with Al-Burhan, and the humiliation he subjected him to, is perceived by some as a means to pressure the military leaders who are considered America's agents in Sudan. This pressure is aimed at pushing them to make concessions to Europe's agents, particularly Britain, which includes the forces of freedom and change. This comes after Vice Chairman of the Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar, accused them of being the political supporters of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), hinting at their removal from positions of power that they were very close to. In his remarks, Malik Agar stated: "Their efforts to return to power through a coup by the Rapid Support Forces have failed, and they have realized that they are no longer part of the calculations for this phase." This sentiment was reinforced by Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan in his speech on Thursday, September 22, 2023, before the United Nations General Assembly, where he indicated that there would be a short transitional period and the formation of a civilian government consisting of independent individuals. This implies the cancellation of the Framework Agreement that previously granted transitional power to European figures, including the forces of freedom and change.

It is indeed unfortunate that our country is a stage for the conspiracies of the Western kafir (infidel) colonial, executed by their agents from the military and civilians, all in pursuit of crooked seats of power manipulated by the kafir colonial himself and through his tools.

The people of Darfur, and indeed all the people of Sudan, do not expect justice from the enemies of the Muslim Ummah who are lurking within the circles of power or from their so-called "justice" institutions. True justice, as they believe, will only prevail when the earth is illuminated by the light of the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, which will return soon, Bi’thn Allah. And it will hold those who have committed crimes against the Ummah and humanity as a whole accountable. For such a purpose, let the workers act.
