On Monday 23/2/2026, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) took control of Damrat Mustrayha, the stronghold of the tribal leader and head of the Revolutionary Awakening Council, allied with the army, Musa Hilal, amid reports indicating that Musa Hilal left to Chad, the killing of one of his sons, and the injury of another. This area, which is located in North Darfur, was the only area in Darfur outside the control of the RSF. The commander of the RSF, Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo “Hemedti,” had threatened in a speech before a crowd in the Ugandan capital Kampala to attack Mustrayha with the aim of controlling it and subjugating all of Darfur in favor of his forces! This incursion into the Mustrayha area coincides with the fierce battles that erupted over the past two days between the army and the RSF in the town of Al-Tina in North Darfur at the Chadian border, which is the last stronghold of the army in the Darfur region.

All these movements come in conjunction with the statements of Massad Boulos, the envoy of the American president to Africa and the Middle East, who has been repeating the nearness of signing truces. Boulos renewed last Friday his call to the parties to the conflict in Sudan to accept an immediate humanitarian truce without preconditions. These movements, whether military or political, aim to prepare the stage for completing the series of stripping Darfur, a series directed by America and moved in a way that serves its interests in Sudan. At this time, which calls for the concerting of all efforts to stop this conspiracy, the Sudanese government, through its security and prosecutorial apparatuses, is filing malicious reports against the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in the city of Al-Obeid, who have undertaken the task of thwarting America’s plan to separate Darfur through intellectual and political work and mobilizing the energies of the sincere people of power and influence to carry out their Shariah duty and prevent the division of the county by granting nusrah to Hizb ut Tahrir, which seeks to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood.

Indeed, we in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan have been and remain the eye of the Ummah by which it sees, and its ear by which it hears, and we will remain the bare warner to our people in Sudan until they become aware of the conspiracy and expel every agent and traitor to the unity of our county , and rather work with Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the State of Islam, the Khilafah which will cut off the hand of the kafir (disbelieving) colonizer, preserve the unity of the county, and rather unite it with all the lands of the Muslims, so that it may seize leadership upon guidance from Allah from the hands of the violators of children and their killers, and lead all humanity to goodness and justice.
