Palestine between the Method of Sharia Change and Partial Solutions
(Translated)

Praise be to Allah, who sent the Book to His servant and did not make it crooked, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, who reached the trust and established the proof, and left us after him on the white proof. The best guidance is the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and Allah is not worshiped in anything other than what He wants, nor is approached to Him except with what He has legislated.

Allah Almighty said in His Book:

[سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلاً مِّنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ آيَاتِنَا إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ البَصِيرُ]

“Glory be to the One Who took His servant ˹Muḥammad˺ by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque whose surroundings We have blessed, so that We may show him some of Our signs. Indeed, He alone is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing.” [Al-Isra 17:1].

Palestine and the Levant in general is a land blessed by the text of the Holy Qur’an. It was mentioned in the Qur’an and referred to in the context of dozens of verses, including what indicates its blessing and sanctity, and others related to the stories of honorable prophets, such as Prophet Issa, peace be upon him, or it was mentioned that it is the land of the gathering, or what indicates that Muslims will inherit it, as it was narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas, and it was mentioned in interpretations Al-Shawkani, Ibn Razi, and others. And when the Qur’an makes the land blessed and inherits it to the Muslims, then it is the issue of the nation of the Qur’an, and it is not permissible to talk about it without context. We do not talk about the issue of Palestine because it is an Arab land, or we argue about it by affiliating ourselves with the Canaanites, for example. It is not permissible to defend it because it is an Arab land, for this is a crooked logic that contradicts the origin of the creed that is for all human beings, and equates between the Arab, the Turk and the Afghan when they meet under the banner of monotheism.

The viewer of the proposals related to the blessed land of Palestine finds in them a great misleading of the youth, and vigorous attempts to divert the sincere youth eager for jihad and liberation from the correct compass that definitively leads to the liberation of this country. And if we turn a blind eye to the security coordination between the Palestinian Authority and the usurping Jewish entity, and the normalization practiced by the regimes of harm in Muslim countries, secretly and publicly, there are huge efforts and actions unfortunately undertaken by those who took the cause upon themselves. It doesn’t delay victory, rather it violates the Sharia and obstructs the real project for liberation and adds to the efforts of the oppressors in their war against the people of the Blessed Land.

The media that feeds the patriotic and nationalist thought advocates for patriotism and blows this trumpet day and night bears the burden of every young man who went out with his spirit for the sake of the land and forgot that the land is a belief that has no borders drawn by colonialism.

Politicians who warn of a religious war under the pretext of fear for people and their future are in fact serving the occupation, which has been working for years to transform the conflict from a doctrinal conflict into an “Israeli-Palestinian” conflict, ensuring the neutralization of millions of Muslim armies and peoples who yearn to prostrate themselves in the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

And the activists who endured the oppression of the occupation and the persecution of the oppressors, and conveyed the name of Palestine to the world, and the long hours are counted for them in their struggle for Palestine, whether on the Internet or when they traveled abroad and spoke in seminars, press conferences and radio broadcasts about Palestine, but unfortunately they carried within them a distorted and dwarfed Palestine. Palestine on the standard of those who occupied it for the first time and stripped it from the map of the Khilafah (Caliphate) state, Sykes-Picot Palestine, with borders fragmented from its natural extension, the Levant and its original embrace of the Islamic Ummah, so they carried a distorted and a constrained vision of Palestine. Unfortunately, their solutions and theses were also distorted and did not rise to confront the greatness of this issue and the greatness of a radical solution that, in fact, is the only solution that convinces any Muslim who returns to his belief, a comprehensive liberation of all the land of Palestine, returning it to the ummah as part of the Levant and the Islamic state.

For all of them: Allah Almighty is worshiped as He wants, and Islam is an idea and a necessary method for it, and Allah said:

[فَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ]

“So be steadfast as you are commanded ˹O Prophet˺” [Hud 11:112], not as you like. Whoever wants to liberate Palestine because it is Palestine, so how do you deal with Chechnya, Burma, or Kashmir, aren't these Islamic lands that are ransomed and shed blood?! The land belongs to Allah, and its liberation is a duty in order for Allah’s law to be established in it. There is no way without Allah’s Deen to fulfill this issue and other issues of Muslims.

Every proposal other than the liberation of the entire country is a consecration of the occupation, and every call directed to a non-ummah with all its forces and spectra is a call hidden with the knowledge or ignorance of its owner. We have no reference other than the Qur’an of our Lord, Glory be to Him, and the Sunnah of our Prophet (saw) and no victory except from Allah, not from the United Nations, nor from the League of Arab States, nor from America, nor Russia, nor China. Rather, it is for the Ummah alone with its scholars, politicians, and loyal officers, commanders in the armies, activists, and influencers from the clans and others. To them alone we turn and hold them to the responsibility assigned to them by Allah Almighty; to work with all their energies to save the Masrah of the Messenger of Allah from the Jews.

[وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ إِلَّا عَلَى قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُم مِّيثَاقٌ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ]

“But if they seek your help ˹against persecution˺ in faith, it is your obligation to help them, except against people bound with you in a treaty. Allah is All-Seeing of what you do.” [Al-Anfal 8:72]
