On 30th July 2021, the Chief Minister of Sindh, Pakistan imposed a strict lockdown in Karachi, Pakistan, the most populated Muslim city in the world, claiming it to be done for controlling the spread of the coronavirus. Along with imposing a ban on pillion motorcycle riding and shutting down markets, the rulers also limited time for vegetable vendors

After signing the agreement in Doha, in February 2020 with Taliban, America had withdrawn most of its forces from Afghanistan, sending home the occupying forces isn't new for the mujahid people of Afghanistan, similar withdrawal had happened in 1989 where the Communist forces withdrew from Afghanistan after a decade long war.

On 5 July 2021, US forces under the cover of the night abandoned its key air base in Bagram Pakistan. Despite the two-decade long occupation US officials had no confidence in the forces it’s been training and did not even officially hand over the base to the Afghan forces. The situation today is the very enemy the US overthrew back in 2001
