The Khilafah is Waiting to be Re-established on the 101st Anniversary of its Fall

The abolition of the Caliphate on the occasion of the 101 anniversary, the Caliphate conference was organized by Hizb ut Tahrir Turkey in Istanbul. The conference entitled “Building the Future from Istanbul to Jerusalem with the Caliphate" was held with an intensive participation. (Radical Change Media, 03.03.2025)

Comment:

The month of March reminds Muslims of a dark day: March 3, 1924. The day when the Ottoman Caliphate State, and therefore the only and legitimate state of Muslims, was officially destroyed ... the day when the geography of the Ummah was plundered by colonial infidels (kuffar), the starting point of the process when the honor of Muslims was polluted and their values were humiliated...
As Muslims, we lost our protective shield that day. Because the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said,

«إنما الإمام جنة يقاتل من ورائه ويتقى به» “The Imam (Khalifah) is a shield, but he is protected and fought behind him.” As a state that rules by what Allah (swt) has revealed, the Khalifah has undertaken the task of protecting the Islamic Ummah from sin and cruelty in the world and from punishment in the Hereafter for 13 centuries. But 101 years ago, it was brought to an end by the infidel Western colonial states and their indigenous collaborators who had become friends with them, and it was abolished. After that day, the Islamic Ummah disintegrated, became vulnerable and lived a life of humiliation at the hands of the ruwaibida rulers, the heads of the nation-states established by those who destroyed the caliphate.

Those who destroyed the caliphate wanted to erase it from the hearts of Muslims as well, but they failed! They wanted to turn down the voice of those who wanted a caliphate, but they could not turn down! The founder of Hizb ut Tahrir, Sheikh Taqiyyuddin an-Nabhani (may Allah be pleased with him), determined that the caliphate is the crown of duties (fard), and that all the troubles experienced by Muslims, especially in the Palestinian towns under Jewish persecution, are due to the destruction of the caliphate. Believing that the re-establishment of the caliphate is a vital necessity for Muslims, he turned this idea into a case. By deciphering this idea and project to Muslims, it enabled him to travel between continents and become an incarnation within the Ummah.

The fruits of this determined and altruistic work are now showing themselves everywhere. The date of March 3 is engraved as a black day in the memory of the Ummah. Every year on this date, wide-ranging activities are carried out to explain what Muslims have lost with the fall of the caliphate and what its re-establishment means.

In this context, the conference entitled “Building the Future from Istanbul to Jerusalem with the Khilafah”, held in Istanbul on the anniversary of the abolition of the caliphate, had a great and special meaning. It was reminded that the caliphate was in Payitaht in Istanbul a century ago, and Jerusalem was protected by its shield for centuries. The link between the decolonization of Gaza and Palestine and the absence of the caliphate was revealed. It was pointed out that no one from the managers of the Islamic resorts could inform Trump of his position in the face of the arrogant US president Trump's desire to buy Gaza, so the 57 leaders did not make a caliph.

Indeed it is! If there was a Khalifah for the Muslims, the United States and its arrogant president would never have made such words, or even thought of them! Because when there was a Khilafah State, the United States was paying taxes to Hasan Pasha, the Algerian Uncle of the Ottoman Empire, in order to get merchant ships into the Mediterranean. Yes, the colonialist infidel USA, which is today's independent power, was the taxpayer of the Ottoman Empire in 1795!

At the conference, striking examples such as this were given and compared with the situation of today's nation states. It was explained in detail how the caliphate provides glory and security to Muslims. The speeches made during the conference once again revealed the fact that the painful picture Muslims are in will change only with the re-establishment of the caliphate.

The fact is that the Khilafah, which was abolished 101 years ago, could not be completely uprooted from the bosom of the Ummah. Despite the efforts of the infidels and their lackeys to unite forces at the global level to block, divert and intimidate the idea of the caliphate, Muslims continue to make efforts to restore it. The current capitalist international system, on the other hand, is experiencing a major fracture and is on the verge of collapse...

Therefore, the anniversary of March 3 has become not only a commemoration, but also a call for the resurrection of those who work for the caliphate. Now it is necessary for the good children of the Ummah to act with a greater consciousness in order to re-establish it. Because the Caliphate, which was destroyed by the hands of infidels and traitors 101 years ago, is waiting to be re-established by the hands of righteous believers.

Allah promises, the Messenger gives good news, history and historiographers call the Caliphate to the political stage...
