The team of Ar-Rayah Newspaper congratulates our Islamic Ummah on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of diligence and hard work, the month of patience and struggle, in which ranks are multiplied and raised. Therefore, it will urge the sincere members of our armies not to let this Ramadan pass without giving nussrah (military support) to Hizb ut Tahrir under the leadership of the eminent ‘alim Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, to establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, so that their status among Muslims will be like the status of the great Ansar from the people of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwar, whilst the Pleasure of Allah (swt) is of greater importance.

It Is a Promise that Will Not Be Broken

The truth, as clear as the midday sun, is that if the Shariah laws of Allah (swt) are absent from people's lives, the laws of the henchmen of the Shaytan will prevail, humiliating them and bringing them hardship and misery. Allah (swt) said,

[فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدًى فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَىٰ * وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكاً وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى]

“Then if there comes to you guidance from Me, whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray nor suffer. But whoever turns away from My remembrance will have a life of hardship, and We will raise him up on the Day of Resurrection blind.” [TMQ Surah Taha: 123-124].

Humanity today needs a state that establishes Islam, implements its laws, honors humankind, and guides it from the misguidance and ignorance of the democratic system to the vastness of Islam and its upright and righteous Shariah rulings. Allah (swt) said,

[وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيماً فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ذَٰلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُم بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ]

“And this is My path, straight, so follow it; and do not follow other paths, for you will be separated from His path. This is what He has instructed you that you may become righteous.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anaam:153].

When the Messenger of Allah (saw) passed away, the Companions (ra) did not turn to foreign powers to solve their problems and establish their way of life. Nor did they become beholden to the Persians or the Romans, becoming their agents and implementing their policies, as is the case with the rulers of Muslims today. Instead, they adhered to the command of the Messenger of Allah (saw) by pledging Bayah of allegiance to a Khaleefah (Caliph) succeeding in ruling in his place, to establish the Deen and govern the world according to Islam. They gathered and chose the one who would uphold the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) and govern them according to Islam. They pledged the Bayah of allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (ra), who assumed leadership during a difficult time when the Ummah was facing a true crisis. Moreover, Abu Bakr (ra) established the Deen, implemented Islamic Shariah Law, and raised the Rayah banner of Islam with the dignity of the believer, and his tawwakul (reliance) upon Allah (swt). Abu Bakr (ra) did not compromise on any of the Shariah rulings of Allah (swt), but instead, he (ra) said, أينقص الدينُ وأنا حي؟! والله لو منعوني عقال بعير كانوا يؤدونه إلى رسول الله ﷺ لقاتلتهم عليه“Will the Deen be diminished while I am alive?! By Allah (swt), if they were to withhold (from Zakah) even as much as a camel's halter that they used to give to the Messenger of Allah (saw), I would fight them for it.”

This is the Shariah obligation of the Ummah of Islam: to establish a state as the Messenger of Allah (saw) established it, a state that implements Islam, unifies Muslims, wrests power from the usurping criminals, supports the oppressed, and strives to eliminate the aggressors, without compromising any of the Shariah rulings of Allah (swt), the Lord of the Worlds.

The Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, is the way out and the radical cure that will change the face of the world, that is groaning under the weight of injustice, corruption, chaos and ruin, and which, by the Permission of Allah (swt), will eliminate the influence and control of the disbelieving colonialists and their fallen, worthless agents.

Those who follow them, and the selected elites among them, have become certain that the Western ideological system is unfit to lead humanity, manage its affairs, or organize its lives in any way, shape, or form, because its foundations are based on crushing and oppressing people.

The conditions for reviving have also been met; with the existence of an ideology whose core idea is pure, whose Method for resuming the Islamic way of life is crystal clear, and with the sincerity of its proponents who have subdued their desires to align with their ‘Aqeeedah (creed).

The Jewish Entity Approves Decisions to Displace the People of the West Bank!

The “Israeli” Security Cabinet approved measures to accelerate settlement activity in the West Bank. These measures include lifting restrictions on the sale of Palestinian property to “Israelis”, authorizing demolitions in Palestinian-controlled areas, and transferring planning authority in Al-Khalil (Hebron), the area surrounding the Ibrahimi Mosque, and Bethlehem, to “Israel”.

According to the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land (Palestine), these decisions taken by the Jewish entity are extremely dangerous, as they will give its settlers a presence in the heart of Palestinian communities, not just on their outskirts. By their very nature of their implementation will lead to bloody clashes and open the door to more settler aggression, many times worse than what is currently happening, in order to turn the lives of the people of Palestine into an unbearable hell, so that none of them will feel safe for themselves and their families, and will force them to emigrate and leave.

The oppression and uprooting of the people of Palestine from their land, and the usurping entity's stranglehold on their lives, homes, and lands—aided by an authority that has embraced it from day one and protected by regimes whose existence is tied to its own—leave the Ummah no choice but to act. Relying on the steadfastness of the people of Palestine is relying on the resilience of the victim against their oppressor. Indeed, our hope is in Allah Al-Qawi Al-Aziz (the Almighty, the All-Powerful), that He will open the hearts of the people of military power and protection in the Ummah to change the landscape, propelled by the masses of the Ummah, and turn the table and overthrow those who protect the Jewish entity before they overthrow the entity itself. They are capable of changing the entire world, not just Palestine’s scene, if they are sincere in their commitment to Allah. An Ummah that emerged from the depths of the desert, conquered Persia and Rome, and to which the world submitted, is certainly capable of liberating Palestine and rewriting history until the whole earth embraces Allah’s Deen, fulfilling the glad-tiding of the Prophet (saw), «إِنَّ اللهَ ‌زَوَى لِي الْأَرْضَ، فَرَأَيْتُ مَشَارِقَهَا وَمَغَارِبَهَا، وَإِنَّ أُمَّتِي سَيَبْلُغُ مُلْكُهَا مَا ‌زُوِيَ لِي مِنْهَا» “Allah gathered together the earth for me and I saw its eastern and western parts. My people will attain to rule over it so far as it was gathered together for me” [Narrated by Muslim].

The Idols of Democracy Have Been Shattered by Their Own Creators

O armies of Muslims: Western discourse has collapsed, and the idols of democracy and international law have been shattered by their own creators. They have admitted international law is a myth, and they have admitted it is a tool of colonialism. So why do our rulers still rush to their conferences? Why do our ulema seek justice in their courts? Why do we trust a system designed to annihilate us? How long will you deceive yourselves? The West is crumbling, and its camp is divided, revealing the fragility of an ideology based on self-interest, not truth. The alternative is not to repair this dead system, nor to seek a fairer seat at their gambling table. Instead, the alternative is a system that makes no distinction between strong and weak, rich and poor. The alternative is the system of the Creator, the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, a system in which Shariah is implemented not as a useful myth, but as divine revelation for all people. The time has come to reject the illusions of the West and its crumbling laws. The dawn of truth is approaching, and the falsehood of their system is doomed to perish, for falsehood is destined to vanish. Allah (swt) said,

[وَقُلْ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ إِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقاً]

“And say, “The truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Indeed, falsehood is ever bound to vanish.”” [TMQ Surah Al-Israa: 81].

O armies of the Muslims: Cast off the chains of the treacherous rulers who guard this oppressive regime. Your Ummah awaits your military support (nussrah) to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate), so that the world may witness a system based on true principles, a system that governs by the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw). The era of illusions is over, and the masks have fallen from the Western narrative. So, join the call of Hizb ut Tahrir, the vanguard carrying the Dawah to revive the Ummah and dismantle the structures of injustice.

The Collapse of a Second Building in Tripoli, Is a Heinous Crime, Not Just an Unfortunate Accident!

A press release issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon stated: The collapse of a second building in Tripoli, just days after the previous incident in Al-Qubba, cannot be described merely as an "unfortunate incident" but rather as a clear case of negligence!

The press release emphasized that: The responsibility lies with the authorities in all their branches, and with the wealthy elite of the city itself: Mikati, Safadi, Karami, Kabara, and others, who amassed fortunes while the people of Tripoli lived under the constant threat of collapse, under "roofs of death." These individuals prioritized their personal, political, and electoral interests over the lives and dignity of the people!

It added: Tripoli is not a city that begs, solicits, or lives on pity. Tripoli is a city rich in its potential and its people, but it is being plundered and deliberately neglected. What is needed is genuine accountability, not false tears after every tragedy! Promises abounded after the deaths of many in the initial collapse in the Qubba area, and meetings were held in abundance, but these proved to be deceptive promises to buy time and misleading media gatherings to appease the people. They quickly forgot the people of Tripoli, and after today's collapse in the Tabbaneh area, the statements, promises, and meetings have returned! The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «لا يُلْدَغُ المؤمِنُ من جُحْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مَرَّتيْنِ»“A believer is not stung twice from the same hole.” How many times have we been stung by this authority and by politicians?!

The press release concluded: Therefore, it has become the duty of all the sincere people of the city to take practical steps towards those in this situation, and to demand isolation and severe accountability for all those who prove their negligence or procrastination in finding solutions from the authorities and those who represent them.

What the World is Witnessing Today is Not the Scandals of Individuals, But the Exposure of an Entire System

The world today is more in need than ever of a civilization that restores to humanity its value and to the body its sanctity; a civilization that does not see humanity as a machine of production, a body for consumption, or a number in the market, but as a dignified being with a purpose and a mission. A civilization not as mere preaching or historical memory, but as a comprehensive civilizational project that mixes the spiritual with the material, balances freedom and responsibility, and makes noble values ​​a prerequisite for progress, not an obstacle to it. A civilization in which humanity is not an “evolved animal,” but a dignified creation, as Allah (swt) said:

[وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ]

“And We have certainly honored the children of Aadam.” [TMQ Surah Al-Israa: 70]. A civilization in which the human is not a lost being without purpose, nor a slave to its desires, but a being with free will, as Allah (swt) intended: a vicegerent on Earth, as a representative steward, not a tyrant.

A world weary of hypocrisy, exposed by the contradictions of its leaders, and suffocated under the weight of a soulless consumerist civilization, needs a model that restores balance; a model that does not raise the banner of freedom to justify decadence, nor the banner of values ​​to perpetuate tyranny. Islamic civilization is not a project of hegemony, but a project to rescue humanity and society from disintegration and loss, and politics from its separation from morals. Only when human dignity is preserved, desires are tempered by values, and power is bound to integrity, can we truly speak of a civilization.

Only the Khilafah (Caliphate) Will Curb the Excesses of America

The Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Iraq issued a press release stating: After the passing of more than three months since the farce of the Iraqi elections, those elections which the Iraqi politicians glorified and mobilized for them hateful sectarianism, and described them as the “electoral wedding,” so what was the result?

First: Reality has proven that this wedding is the greatest lie and deception to the people that it represents their will; because the near and the far know with certain knowledge that it was the biggest corrupt deal to buy votes and to manipulate the gullible among the people. Even after the appearance of the result, some voters were surprised that their votes went with the wind, as happened with the winning candidate from Nineveh Governorate, Najm al-Jubouri, who collected nearly forty thousand votes, where the judicial commission for elections issued an order to exclude him for his inclusion under the law of de-Baathification.

Second: The continuation of conflict and butting and pushing after the elections between the blocs and the same alliance over the positions and what is called the constitutional entitlements. Political disagreements have become a permanent pattern, in which sensitive files are managed with the logic of waiting and bargaining, without caring about what they have brought the people to of hardship of living and entering them into a circle of wandering and loss.

Third: The country is still occupied by America, and no matter is concluded except by its will and its permission. This is clear through the American threats regarding the nomination of Nouri al-Maliki or any candidate who has a connection with the armed factions loyal to Iran, and this proves the falseness of the claim of the political clique that Iraq is an independent country or a state with sovereignty.

Fourth: After all these repeated electoral experiences over the span of 23 years, and the result being the deterioration of the country and its loss and its bad condition, and corruption has gnawed at it thoroughly, it proves with certainty that our issue is not the recycling of this garbage every four years, and that the solution to our problems is not by changing the faces, but it is necessary to uproot the system that produces all these problems and generates all this corruption.

Today Is the Most Opportune Day to Present Islam to the World as an Alternative to the Rotten Capitalist System.

The inflation that is currently eating up the currency is, in reality, eroding trust and legitimacy at their very roots. When regimes fail to repair the collapsed “social contract,” they instinctively seek alternatives that are less costly in the short term, but more destructive in the long run.

War is not a rationalized first option, but it has often been the last resort to escape internal collapse. It is not a sudden event, but rather a slow process when crises are managed instead of resolved, and when interests and capital are prioritized over humanity and stability.

Therefore, today is the most opportune day to present the world with an alternative project to this rotten capitalist system. The world needs a divinely ordained approach in which the economy is subject to values, property is a trust, and the human is truly valued, not a mere tool. This approach prohibits riba (interest), speculation, fictitious transactions, and monopolies. It establishes a stable currency, upon gold and silver, and makes Zakat a pillar of Islam, not merely charity. It forbids hoarding to safeguard the economic cycle, preventing wealth from circulating only among the rich. This is not a magic solution, but a comprehensive, principled framework embodied in the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, which Allah (swt) promised us through His Messenger (saw), provided that internal change occurs. Allah (swt) says,

[إنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ]

“Indeed, Allah (swt) does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” [TMQ Surah Ar-Ra’ad: 11].

What Constitutes Real Solidarity with Occupied Kashmir?

Real solidarity with our Muslim brethren in Kashmir is the mobilization of our brave armed forces for the liberation of Srinagar. However, instead, the visionless rulers of Pakistan repeat their usual set of meaningless statements to commemorate Kashmir Solidarity Day.

These rulers refer to the UN Security Council resolutions and beg so-called international community to take notice of growing Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir, and they are busy pleasing Trump, and betraying Gaza. India has consolidated its hold over Occupied Kashmir, blocked waterflows towards Pakistan, supported Fitnah between Muslims and publicly and threatened to attack and annex liberated Azad Kashmir.

The Asim-Shahbaz regime squandered the opportunity to liberate Indian Occupied Kashmir when our brave armed forces crushed India's aggression against Pakistan during the four-day war in May 2025.

Therefore, the people of Pakistan must reject the rhetoric of the agent rulers, and their solutions, and forcefully demand the mobilization of our armed forces to liberate Kashmir, and that would deal a deadly blow to Hindu hegemony in the region Furthermore, it is incumbent upon all Muslims to do good deeds to restore the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate), which will mobilize the entire Ummah to liberate every inch of occupied land of Muslims.

Allah (swt) said,

[يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنۡ تَـنۡصُرُوا اللّٰهَ يَنۡصُرۡكُمۡ وَيُثَبِّتۡ اَقۡدَامَكُمۡ]

“O you who believe, when you support Allah (swt) through obedience, He (swt) supports you and makes your foothold firm.” [TMQ Surah Muhammad: 7].
