What Muslims are experiencing today from weakness, division, and the domination of their enemies is a natural consequence of turning away from the Book of Allah (swt), neglecting its rulings, and replacing them with man-made systems. Allah (swt) has promised victory, authority, and honor to those who obey Him, just as He has warned of hardship and distress for those who disobey Him. There is no way to restore strength, unity, and empowerment except through a sincere return to the Book of Allah (swt), the resumption of the Islamic way of life according to His guidance, and the implementation of His law in all aspects of life. Allah (swt) said,
[إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ]
“If you support Allah through obedience, He will support you and make your steps firm.” [TMQ Surah Muhammad: 7].

O Muslims: Your Enemy is One
A press release issued by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir said: What draws the attention of careful observers and analysts when examining the major crises across the Muslim lands is that the enemy of the Muslims in all of them is one: America. In some of these crises, it is joined by its protégé, the usurping Jewish entity. Among the earliest of these cases is Iraq, which America fought in the early 1990s before occupying it in 2003, and which continues to suffer under its domination. Then there is Afghanistan, occupied by America in 2001, followed by Syria, where America employed all of its tools to abort its blessed revolution against its agent, Bashar al-Assad. Then comes Yemen, where America competes with Britain for control by supporting the Houthis through its agent, the Saudi regime. Then Sudan, where America ignited a devastating internal war between its two agents—the commander of the army and the commander of the Rapid Support Forces—to prevent Britain from gaining control over Sudan. Then Iran, which was attacked by America and its protégé, the Jewish entity, in June 2025, and again at the end of February 2026. Before all of these stands Palestine and Lebanon, where everything that the usurping Jewish entity has done—and continues to do—is carried out with American military, political, and media support, while America gives it free rein to kill, destroy, and seize one piece of land after another.
The release added: Yet despite all of this, the rulers of the Muslims continue to rush toward negotiations with America, or negotiations under its patronage. They also offer mediation on behalf of America and the Jewish entity, while providing them with money and granting them access to Muslim lands, waters, and airspace. So, what are they negotiating and mediating for? Is it to strengthen America's grip and that of its protégé, the Jewish entity, over the Muslim lands? Or is it to provide political cover for their crimes?
The release further stressed: O Muslims, the condition to which you have fallen would never have come about had you possessed one state under one Caliphate (Khalifah). You reached this state only after the disappearance of the authority of Islam through the destruction of the Khilafah State, the fragmentation of your lands into weak statelets, and the domination of insignificant rulers over your necks. These rulers, like your enemies, observe neither kinship nor covenant toward you. They respect neither your sanctity nor your blood, your land, or your wealth. Their sole concern is preserving their crooked thrones, even if doing so requires sacrificing your lives, your blood, your land, and your wealth. How much longer, O Muslims, will this condition of humiliation and disgrace continue?
O Muslims, you alone possess the correct ideology from which emerges the correct system to solve the bitter reality in which you live, and to solve the problems of the entire world with justice and fairness. Therefore, be aware—truly aware—and devote yourselves with sincere sincerity to Allah (swt), for you have no strength without these two qualities. Indeed, incapacity is the incapacity of judgment, not the incapacity of ability. As the poet said: The one whose judgment is weak wastes his opportunities, until, when the matter has passed him by, he blames destiny.
So, resolve your affairs, hasten to cast aside your insignificant rulers who have led you into destruction, and hasten to work with Hizb ut Tahrir to unify your lands under the Rayah banner of a single Khalifah Rashid (Rightly Guided Caliph), behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected. Thus, you will preserve your lands, protect your lives, spare your blood, and safeguard your wealth. Victory comes only from Allah, and Allah (swt) grants victory to those who support His cause.
[إِن يَنصُرْكُمُ اللّهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِن يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَن ذَا الَّذِي يَنصُرُكُم مِّن بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ]
“If Allah should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely.” [Aal’Imran:160]

A Delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan Meets the President of the Sudanese Bar Association and its Leadership
On Thursday, 9/7/2026, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, headed by Ustadh Nasir Ridha Muhammad Othman, Head of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, and accompanied by Ustadh Abdullah Ismail, Member of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, and Ustadh Yaqoub Ibrahim, Members of Hizb ut Tahrir, paid a pre-arranged visit to the office of the Sudanese Bar Association in the city of Port Sudan.
The delegation met with the President of the Sudanese Bar Association, Ustadh Lawyer Zain al-Abidin Muhammad Hamad, who was accompanied by:
1. Ustadh Lawyer Jamal al-Din al-Nujoumi, Member of the Human Rights Services Committee.
2. Ustadh Lawyer Imad al-Din Abdul Khaliq, Head of Mobilization and Martyrs' Affairs.
3. Dr. Lawyer Salah al-Mubarak, Head of Human Rights at the Bar Association.
4. Dr. Lawyer Omar Al-Sayyid Omar, Head of University Affairs at the Bar Association.
5. Ustadh Lawyer Issam al-Din Othman, Member of the Office of the President of the Bar Association.
After the welcoming remarks, Ustadh Nasir introduced Hizb ut Tahrir and explained its objective, which it strives to achieve together with the Ummah: the resumption of the Islamic way of life through the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. He stated that this objective should be the objective of every Muslim, since working to implement the Shariah of Allah and establish authority on the basis of Islam is an obligation upon all Muslims. Ustadh Nasir supported his remarks with Islamic evidences.
This was followed by positive interventions from those present. The President of the Sudanese Bar Association then thanked the delegation for its visit and for its concern regarding the issues of the Ummah. He concluded his remarks by stating that there was no disagreement with Hizb ut Tahrir regarding the issue of the Khilafah (Caliphate), which is the objective of every Muslim.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides affirmed the importance of maintaining communication.

Hosting the NATO Summit in Türkiye: A Betrayal of Allah (swt), Islam, and the Muslims
The 36th NATO Summit was held in Türkiye's capital, Ankara, on 7–8 July 2026. Türkiye hosted this historic event for the second time, with the summit's activities and meetings taking place at the Presidential Complex.
A press release issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Türkiye stated: hosting the leaders of NATO member states, the alliance of occupation, on Ankara soil is a betrayal to Allah, Islam, and Muslims. Furthermore, we do not want Trump or NATO on our land, and we categorically reject cooperation with the disbelievers. NATO was founded in 1949 and remained throughout the Cold War a collective alliance protecting America and Western countries against the Soviet Union. For over forty years, this alliance did not undertake any military intervention against the Soviet Union, but after 1990, it changed its concept of threat, making the Middle East and Muslim lands its target. Its military operations and occupations of Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, and other Muslim lands constitute clear evidence of its true objectives thereafter. Therefore, Türkiye's hosting of the NATO summit in Istanbul in 2004, while Afghanistan and Iraq were under occupation, was a great disgrace. Repeating this betrayal twenty-two years later is not a source of pride for the rulers, but rather a source of humiliation and disgrace.
The release further explained: The reason for the great importance United States and Western countries attach to Türkiye is their desire to use it as a buffer zone to protect themselves from the dangers that threaten them. Therefore, Türkiye, which possesses the second largest army in NATO, should use its military strength, manpower, population, strategic location, and achievements in defense industries not to protect Western kuffar, but to protect Muslims

Trump Pressures Ahmed al-Sharaa to Confront Iran’s Hezb in Lebanon
U.S. President Trump publicly stated that Ahmed al-Sharaa would be more effective than the Jewish entity in confronting Iran’s Hezb in Lebanon. He also criticized the military campaign carried out by the Jewish entity against Iran’s Hezb, arguing that it had caused heavy human losses and had continued for too long. He suggested that the Syrian forces might be able to deal with this threat in a more precise manner.
Ar-Rayah: By pushing Syria into confronting Iran’s Hezb in Lebanon, America is once again reshuffling the cards, searching among its instruments for a solution while draining whatever strength remains in the region. This is one of the oldest methods employed by colonial powers: divide, delegate, and then destroy. This strategy succeeds time and again because, as long as Muslims remain preoccupied with fighting one another, they are incapable of confronting their real enemy, while America minimizes its own losses and those of its allies, whom it considers too valuable to sacrifice.
The path before the Islamic Ummah is clear: it lies in rejecting the sectarian and nationalist divisions that have been sown among its people and in refusing every form of foreign intervention aimed at weakening and exploiting it. The enemy must therefore be confronted as one unified front, rather than allowing it to ignite conflict among Muslims, shed their blood, and weaken their resolve. The establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) alone is capable of removing these divisions and realizing the collective strength and potential of the Ummah.

No Security, Peace, or Stability without the Complete Liberation of Palestine
For more than a year, voices within the Jewish entity have repeatedly called upon political leaders, thinkers, and analysts to prepare for confrontation with Egypt and Türkiye, describing them as the next major threat. For more than two years, calls for “Greater Israel” and a state extending “between the two rivers” have continued to gain momentum within political circles. The Jewish Prime Minister, Netanyahu, even stated that he feels he is on a “historic and spiritual mission” and remains firmly committed to the vision of “Greater Israel,” which includes the Palestinian territories and “perhaps also areas of Jordan and Egypt.”
Meanwhile, Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, speaking at the inauguration of the State Strategic Command Headquarters while wearing military uniform, declared, “The fundamental solution to the conflicts in the Middle East lies in reaching a comprehensive and just peace agreement that ends the Palestinian issue and establishes a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions.”
Ar-Rayah: Some rulers of Muslims continue to believe that by signing peace and normalization agreements with the Jewish entity, they will secure its approval and that of America behind it thereby preserving their rule. However, recent events have proven their assumptions and calculations to be false. The ambitions of the Jewish entity know no limits, and its corruption has no bounds.
Since the establishment of its usurping Jewish entity on the Blessed Land of Palestine, it has spread corruption and destruction throughout the region killing, massacring, occupying, and forcibly displacing people, moving from one war to another. Neither Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, nor Jordan has been spared from its aggression, in addition to its occupation of Palestine and the Golan Heights. It has also carried out attacks against Yemen, Iraq, and Iran, while issuing threats against Egypt and Türkiye.
Therefore, there can be no peace, security, or stability in the region as long as the Jewish entity continues to exist. The fundamental solution is for the armies of the Muslims to move to liberate Palestine and every inch of Muslim land occupied by the Jews. As for calls for peace based on the resolutions of the international order, they amount to calls for the continuation of the occupation and the abandonment of the land of Al-Isra, the destination of the Night Journey of the Messenger of Allah (saw).

O Armed Forces of Pakistan: Your Mission is not to Obey and Serve America
O Army of Pakistan: When the Messenger of Allah (saw) established the state in Al-Madinah, despite it being only a small city-state, he did not choose alliance with either of the two major powers of the time—Rome or Persia—but challenged them both. Ultimately, the Khulafa’a (Caliphs) after the Messenger of Allah (saw) defeated those two major powers decisively in the Battles of Yarmouk, al-Qadisiyyah, Nahavand, and Ajnadayn. Thus, the Messenger of Allah (saw) clearly showed us the path. We are an Ummah entrusted with a great mission in this world. Our mission is not to obey major powers and render services to them in exchange for certain economic or military concessions. Allah (swt) says,
[هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَرۡسَلَ رَسُوۡلَهٗ بِالۡهُدٰى وَدِيۡنِ الۡحَـقِّ لِيُظۡهِرَهٗ عَلَى الدِّيۡنِ كُلِّهٖۙ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ الۡمُشۡرِكُوۡنَ]
“It is He Who sent His Messenger with guidance and the Deen of Truth so that He may make it prevail over every other way of life, even though the polytheists detest it.” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah: 33]. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «لَا تَسْتَضِيئُوا بِنَارِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ» “Do not seek light from the fire of the polytheists.” [Sunan an-Nasa'i]. Here, “fire” is a kinayah (كناية metonym) for war. It is a Shariah ruling that Muslims, as a collective body, are not permitted to seek military assistance from the disbelievers where the disbelievers retain a distinct identity as a separate group.
If relatively weak military groups, such as the Taliban or the Mujahideen of Gaza, can fight the significant military powers of the disbelievers, then what is preventing you, O armed forces of Pakistan, from expelling the United States from this region?
Surely, it is the limited vision of your leadership that has committed you to serving the major powers and has prevented you from fulfilling the great mission that Allah (swt) has made obligatory upon you—a mission for which you are fully capable and deserving. Only by granting nussrah (نصرة military support) to Hizb ut Tahrir can you establish the Khilafah (Caliphate), which is the most essential link in achieving this objective. So, mobilize and establish the Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood. Global circumstances are fully conducive to change, and above all, the help of Allah (swt) will be with you.

The Jews are Occupiers of Muslim Land, and their Entity has no Legitimacy there
Whoever believes that normalization with the Jews will cause the Islamic Ummah to forget that Palestine is Islamic land is deluded. The Ummah teaches its children from an early age that the liberation of Palestine is a trust upon their shoulders, and that those who will liberate it are the soldiers whom Allah (swt) has singled out from among the Ummah in His saying
[عِبَادًا لَّنَا أُولِي بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ]
“some of Our servants of great might.” [TMQ Surah Al-Isra: 5].
As for those whose hearts have been overcome by despair and who now follow America and its protégé out of fear for their worldly interests, we remind them of the words of the Messenger of Allah (saw) who said, «يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ يُخَيَّرُ فِيهِ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْفُجُورِ، فَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ ذَلِكَ الزَّمَانَ فَلْيَخْتَرِ الْعَجْزَ عَلَى الْفُجُورِ»“A time will come upon the people when a man will be given the choice between helplessness and wickedness. Whoever lives to see that time should choose helplessness over wickedness.”
The Jewish entity, backed by America, seeks to have every Muslim country recognize its existence, after which negotiations would begin over borders and other details matters that would not alter the reality of that recognition. In doing so, they would achieve through agreements what they failed to accomplish by force, and those who facilitate this would have their names recorded among the traitors who abandoned Palestine and sold it to the enemies of the Ummah.
The Jewish entity is an occupying entity on Muslim land. It possesses neither legitimacy nor any rightful place in the lands of the Muslims. Delivering the Ummah from it and from its evils is the responsibility of all the armies of the Ummah. To them we call with the words of Allah (swt) Who said,
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُم بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ]
“O believers! What is the matter with you that when you are asked to march forth in the cause of Allah, you cling firmly to your land? Do you prefer the life of this world over the Hereafter? The enjoyment of this worldly life is insignificant compared to that of the Hereafter.” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah: 38].
