Hundreds of people gathered at protests held by Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan against America's war within Pakistan which is making Muslims fight Muslims on 11 May 2009. The protests were organised in Pakistan's largest cities, Karachi and Lahore, and also the capital, Islamabad. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan demanded that America's war is immediately stopped and our sons in the Pakistan Army are no longer used as fuel for Obama's failing crusade. The party further demanded that all American presence, military, political and intelligence, is uprooted from the country for it is the cause of the continuous turmoil and chaos that the Muslims of Pakistan have faced since America launched its crusade.
