A total of 379 missing persons cases were submitted to the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances (COIOED) in 2024, according to media reports on 7 January. They also released the American spy and assassin Raymond Davis before him. However, they abducted Naveed Butt, the official spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan, on 11 May 2012. Naveed Butt called for liberation (tahrir) from American colonialism and the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah. Over twelve and a half years later, the rulers have not released him. The Ummah and its armies must remove the tyrants and establish the Khilafah Rashidah.
