On 24th of May 2013 Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan issued an open letter for the tyrant of Pakistan, General Kayani. This letter was issued on the completion of year abduction of Naveed Butt, the spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan
The revelations last week, by former CIA and NSA Consultant Edward Snowden, exposed that America is running a secret program called PRISM to access emails, photographs, telephone calls and text messages. This violation of people's privacy has drawn a stiff response from America's friends and foes alike. The European Union's Justice Commissioner has written to the US Attorney General demanding that he answer seven questions related to the protection of the rights of EU citizens, while the Chinese have expressed outrage over America's hypocrisy. An article in The China Daily quoted Li Haidon, at the China Foreign Affairs University, as saying: "For months Washington has been accusing China of cyber-espionage but it turns out that the biggest threat to the pursuit of individual freedom and privacy in the US is the unbridled power of the government."
President Obama attempted to justify America's criminal intrusions into the privacy of the worlds' citizens by saying that it is necessary to protect Americans from terrorism. This shows that nothing is sacred in America's so-called ‘war on terror', and now the world has become tired of the hypocrisy and stupidity of it.
Hizb ut Tahrir says: "By declaring a war on terror, America has declared war upon the whole world: spying wherever it pleases, spying on whoever it pleases, no border is secure; no alliance sacred; no law binding and no right absolute. At home or abroad, no person is safe and no man is free."
The scale of America's spying operation: more than 61,000 hacking operations globally since 2009, is matched only by the wall of silence from the rulers of the Muslims' countries. After all, it is Muslims and the resurgence of Islam that is the primary target of American espionage, but the rulers of Muslim lands are clients for the West, puppets for America's ideology of greed, mouthpieces for America's lies and enemies of Islam and the Muslims, so their silence over the invasion of the privacy of Muslims comes as no surprise. These spineless ‘rulers' have already accepted the invasion of their air space by American drones that kill their civilians in Mali, Yemen, Sudan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and elsewhere. These shameless ‘rulers' have even gathered together to ensure the slaughter of Muslims in Syria to attempt to thwart, for America's sake, the rebirth of the noble Khilafah "Caliphate" in the heartland of Islam. Their silence over the invasion of the privacy of Muslims, while the rulers of the rest of the world shout their objections load and clear for the sake of their own citizens and their interests is therefore only to be expected.
Oh Muslims, victory is from Allah (swt) and the end to America's tyrannical assaults on the sanity of the world will soon be at an end, so intensify your work for the establishment of Islam and the appointment of your shepherd: the Khalifah, who will shade you from the arrows and missiles of your enemies, who will protect your dignity and ensure your privacy and the sanctity of your homes. Unify your call with the Muslims, your brothers, who struggle for the return of Islam in this world: It is only for Allah, It is only for Allah! There is none but you Oh Allah! Oh Muslims, we in Hizb ut Tahrir call upon you to work with Hizb ut Tahrir under the leader of the Scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah to return as the leaders of the world once again, to be removed from the darkness of Kufr to the light and justice of Islam.

Women of Hizb ut Tahrir/ East Africa organized a conference about the Khilafah "Caliphate" in the city of Mombasa in Kenya. The first topic was about "How the Khilafah "Caliphate" was Destroyed" and the second one was about "Women's role in the Establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate"." Hamduallah the women's turnout was remarkable.

Hizb ut Tahrir/ Palestine organized a massive rally in Jenin on Saturday, 6 Shaban 1434 AH corresponding to 15 June 2013 which members and supporters participated marking the anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah "Caliphate" under the title "Khilafah "Caliphate" will Liberate Al-Aqsa, Rescue the Muslims and Save Humanity."
Thousands attended including men and women where chanted slogans of "Oh Muslim Army, Liberate Al- Aqsa" "Oh Jews, Oh Jews the Promised Day has Come" followed by other slogans can be heard. Video messages from various members of Hizb ut Tahrir were aired. One of the speakers included Sheikh Yousef Makharzh who also spoke at the Hebron Conference the previous Saturday and a sister who spoke about the importance the Khilafah "Caliphate" is for women.

Answer:
Wa Alaikum us Salaam Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu
Dear brother Syria is currently a region of intense struggle:
a) It is a region of American reign since Hafez and Bashar; consequently America has realized through the current situation that Bashar is in a state of decline (ruling) that is rejected by the people. Furthermore, it is unable to implement the American interests as it was once able via Bashar and his father. Therefore it is currently working to find a replacement agent to take the place of the current agent by way of preparing mechanisms like the National Council and the Alliance.
b) And now their inventions are rejected internally since they strive for a secular civil state whilst the sentiments of the people are Islamic. They will not sacrifice all that has been sacrificed simply for the regime to resume as it was to return to darker bleaker face than before. The people domestically will not accept this and as such those manufactured by America are alien to the demands of the people. It is for this reason that America either directly or indirectly has given the green light to Bashar to kill and use brutality, assuming that this would subdue the people domestically accepting its foreign manufactured inventions. America went even further go further than that with an attempt at military intervention with the excuses... To forcefully compel their foreign inventions on the people; and if it could not with the acts of murders and brutality committed by Bashar, his followers and their partners in subduing the people into accepting them.
c) As for Europe, it realizes well that the real influence over the regime belongs to America. Therefore Europe (Britain and France) is expending its efforts to have a role in what is happening through its agents in the region and specifically Qatar. This is because it possesses the abundant wealth to "buy" some of the members of the National Council, Alliance as well as some who are inside Syria. This is so it can find a foothold, even if it is small, in a solution that America administers in the future....
d) This is what America is planning for Syria and what Europe is planning. So America is handling the solutions with Russia, leaving Europe to gasping behind it. Meanwhile, Kerry meets with the Russian Foreign Minister and then the British Prime Minister chases after him to visit both America and Russia, to find out what they are doing! Europe also realizes that America does not want it to take part practically in any solution. Due to this, Britain and France are striving with their might to cause problems for America, whether this is done directly through European Union meetings or through their agents in the region, and in particular their wealthiest, Qatar. They are attempting to interfere with the American plans for finding a solution. And this is the role of Qatar, not only in Syria but also in the region as a whole for the sake of European interests and in particular those of Britain.
e) As for the role of the Ummah and those who are sincere from amongst it, they do not allow for America and Europe and their agents to achieve their evil aims. Rather the Ummah will not accept any other alternative except the Khilafah "Caliphate", they have spent their pure blood and great sacrifices for the Islamic system to reach and take the place of the tyrannical rule. Anything other than this is a plain evil. So no transitional or temporary government, no Geneva 1 or Geneva 2 will bring any goodness to this Ummah. Rather all of these are solutions that sing the praises of America and its allies who plot and plan against Islam and Muslims secretly and openly.
((قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ))
"Hatred has appeared from their mouths whilst what their hearts conceal is much greater."
America and its allies have made their resolution firm and have joined together in their plot to not allow other than another agent like Bashar to be his replacement which would safeguard their interests and provide security to the Jews, just as Hafez, Bashar and their followers used to do. And America has prepared the setting for the tyrant of Ash-Sham to kill and destroy until the maturing of an alternative has been finalized. However, they do not comprehend the greatness of this Ummah because within it is real men from amongst men who will cultivate the ground despite the plots of the oppressors and they will increase agriculture and livestock despite the plots of the hypocrites. This Ummah has done this before with the crusaders and Tartars who brought corruption, death and destruction to the earth. Despite this the Ummah overcame them in strength, and banished them and their evil that they became a small trace as if they did not exist in the past. The Ummah came to life from afresh, destroying their enemies and dealing with them in ways that they did not anticipate so that the Ummah returned to being the best Ummah raised up from mankind.
كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَلَوْ آمَنَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ مِنْهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
"You are the best of Ummah ever raised up for mankind; you Enjoin Al-Ma'roof (the clear right) and forbid Al-Munkar (the clear wrong), and you believe in Allah. And had the people of the scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have Faith, but Most of them are Al-Faasiqoon (disobedient and rebellious to Allah's Command)."
