27 November 2024, a ceasefire was announced on the Lebanese front between the Jewish entity and Hezbollah. One of its conditions was that the Jewish entity would withdraw its invading army from southern Lebanon within two months, while Hezbollah would retreat its forces to the north of the Litani River.
