In the past few days, more than 500 Muslims in Lebanon have been martyred due to attacks by the Jewish entity, with thousands more injured. These attacks have taken various forms, including the explosion of communication devices such as pagers and walkie talkie systems, as well as aerial assaults targeting women, men, and children. These events have stirred a wave of emotions among Muslims in Afghanistan as well.
The abduction of Mombasa-based blogger Bruce John, who was also sodomised by a group of men has sparked public outcry in the Coastal City of Mombasa and Kenya at large. The 50th march, called for by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia, the people of Zaytouna, in support of the people of the Blessed Land - Palestine and the blessed captive Al-Aqsa Mosque, was held in the capital, Tunis, after Friday prayers. The march was titled: "O People of Islam, Will you Abandon the People of Palestine Alone while there are Massive Armies in the Ummah?!"
Earlier September, Pope Francis visited Indonesia, where he delivered a speech in Istiqlal Masjid- the largest mosque in the country. Together with the grand imam, they signed the “Joint Declaration of Istiqlal 2024,” which, as its subtitle reveals, aimed at apparently “fostering religious harmony for the sake of humanity”- addressing two of the “serious crises” in today’s world: “dehumanization and climate change.”
