On 16 January 2025, Al Jazeera website published the terms of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip to begin today, Sunday, 19 January 2025. It stated: [(A ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip was announced in the Qatari capital, Doha to be implemented in 3 stages:

- The first phase will last for 42 days, and it was agreed that the following will be implemented:

- The two parties will temporarily stop mutual military operations, and the ‘Israeli’ occupation forces will withdraw eastward and away from populated areas... The ‘Israeli’ air activity for military and reconnaissance purposes will be temporarily suspended in the Gaza Strip for 10 hours a day, and 12 hours on the days of the release of detainees and prisoners... ‘Israel’ will gradually reduce its forces in the area of ​​the corridor in the Philadelphi axis in the first phase, according to the maps agreed upon by the two sides... On the seventh day of the entry into force of the agreement, vehicles will be allowed to return north of the Netzarim axis after being inspected by a private company determined by the mediators with the ‘Israeli’ side, based on an agreed-upon mechanism.

- Indirect negotiations between the two parties on the terms of implementing the second phase of the agreement will begin no later than the 16th day after the agreement enters into force, and an agreement must be reached before the end of the fifth week of the first phase.

- The second phase will last for 42 days, and it was agreed that the following will be implemented in it:

- Declaration of the return of sustainable calm, which includes a permanent cessation of military operations, hostile activities and the resumption of the exchange of detainees and prisoners between the two sides, including all remaining living ‘Israeli’ men, in exchange for an agreed number of Palestinian prisoners in the occupation prisons. In addition, the Israeli occupation forces will withdraw completely from the Gaza Strip.

- The third phase will last for 42 days, and it was agreed that the following will be implemented in it:

- Exchanging the bodies and remains of the dead held by the two parties after reaching them and identifying them... Beginning the implementation of the Gaza Strip reconstruction plan over a period of 3 to 5 years, including homes, civilian buildings and infrastructure, in addition to compensating all those affected, under the supervision of a number of countries and organizations sponsoring the agreement... It is clear in these stages that the first phase is the nerve of this agreement and is full of volatile mines. Any disruption in its implementation will stop the other stages: from withdrawing from populated areas, to suspending air activity for hours, then reducing its air force for hours, to inspecting returning vehicles. Each of these items under any pretext is enough to undermine the second and third stages if not to stop them.

O Muslims:

The people of Gaza “rejoiced” in sadness at this decision, hoping that it would alleviate what they have suffered without receiving support from the rulers in the Muslim countries!

The people of Gaza “welcomed” this decision, hoping that it would open a door for them with some comfort, after the Muslim armies in neighboring and distant countries let them down.

The children of Gaza “celebrated” the ceasefire, after the world became narrow for them with the silence of the rulers in the Muslim countries, the silence of the graves, regarding their rescue. This is the case with the rulers in the Muslim countries who surround the Jewish aggression on the Strip like a bracelet surrounds the wrist. [قَاتَلَهُمُ اللهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ] "May Allah condemn them! How can they be deluded ˹from the truth˺?” [Al-Munafiqun: 4]

O Muslims, O Armies in the Muslim Lands:

Can the nature of the Jews be reformed by a volatile decision that America drew and designed to raise the status of the Jewish entity after helping them, and still does, with weapons and equipment?

Can the nature of the Jews be reformed by a decision made and designed by their rope that they hold on to and rely on? It is a rope that only remained because a hand was absent from cutting it!

Can the nature of the Jews be reformed by a volatile decision when they are the ones who break the covenant, and have broken it before and will do afterwards, especially since they do not find a ruler to stand in their way? Isn't their breaking of their covenant a characteristic inherent to them before and after that, which they apply wherever they live? This is their situation in Lebanon after signing their agreement on 27/11/2024, and their breach, and it is their situation in Syria in breaking the 1974 Agreement, and they even increased their aggression and occupation in the Golan?

Can an agreement be concluded with a people whose entity is based on occupying the lands of Muslims?Is it possible to agree with them on the legitimacy of their occupation instead of destroying their entity?!

O Muslims: Indeed, the Jews are a people of slander, a people of treachery and evil, and they are only stopped as mentioned in Allah’s saying:

[فَإِمَّا تَثْقَفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْحَرْبِ فَشَرِّدْ بِهِمْ مَنْ خَلْفَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ]

“If you ever encounter them in battle, make a fearsome example of them, so perhaps those who would follow them may be deterred” [Al-Anfal: 57].

The Jews are a people of slander, treachery and evil. Nothing will deter them except a new “trench” that will remove their roots, and Khaybar that will return to strike them as it struck Thamud. This has been their way since they cut the rope of Allah during the time of their Prophets, and nothing remained for them except the rope of the people, which is a fragile and broken rope if they find the Muslim soldiers fighting them from behind them and in front of them.

[قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ]

“˹So˺ fight them and Allah will punish them at your hands, put them to shame, help you overcome them, and soothe the hearts of the believers” [At-Tawbah: 14] Then the Blessed Land will return to the House of Islam, as Omar open it, Salahudin liberated it, and Abdul Hamid preserved it.

[وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ]

“And on that day the believers will rejoice * at the victory willed by Allah. He gives victory to whoever He wills. For He is the Almighty, Most Merciful” [Ar-Rum: 4-5]

O Muslims: In the Book of Allah (swt), and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw), there is a solution to our problems, honour for our people, and humiliation for our enemies. It is a clear solution that proclaims the truth, honours its people, defeats falsehood and humiliates its people. It is that the Islamic state, the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate), will return once again, led by a pious and pure one, behind whom we fight and with whom we are protected. He will return the land of Isra’ and Mi’raj (the Night Journey and Ascension) free and honourable, and he will send the Jews and every aggressor to a deep abyss, to the humiliation of this world and the torment of the Hereafter. This will happen, O Muslims, by Allah’s permission, after this oppressive rule in which we live. Ahmad narrated on the authority of Hudhayfah, «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ. ثُمَّ سَكَتَ»“Then there will be an oppressive rule (ملكًا جبرية), and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be a Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.” Then he (saw) fell silent.” Muslim narrated on the authority of Nafi’ on the authority of Ibn Umar on the authority of the Prophet (saw) who said: «لَتُقَاتِلُنَّ الْيَهُودَ فَلَتَقْتُلُنَّهُمْ»“You will fight the Jews and kill them.”

However, Allah’s law required that He does not send down angels from heaven to establish for us a Khilafah (Caliphate) to fight our enemy while we are sitting. Rather, He sends down His angels as reinforcements and good tidings of His Nusrah (victory) to men who believed in their Lord and He increased them in guidance, Muslim soldiers, patient in war, who are protected by their leader and fight their enemies behind him:

[بَلَى إِنْ تَصْبِرُوا وَتَتَّقُوا وَيَأْتُوكُمْ مِنْ فَوْرِهِمْ هَذَا يُمْدِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ بِخَمْسَةِ آلَافٍ مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ مُسَوِّمِينَ]

“Most certainly, if you ˹believers˺ are firm and mindful ˹of Allah˺ and the enemy launches a sudden attack on you, Allah will reinforce you with five thousand angels designated ˹for battle˺” [Aal-i-Imran: 125]. Then we will be among those who deserve the glad-tidings.

[نَصْرٌ مِنَ اللهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ]

“˹He will also give you˺ another favour that you long for: help from Allah and an imminent victory. ˹So˺ give good news ˹O Prophet˺ to the believers” [As-Saf: 13].

O Muslims: Hizb ut Tahrir, the pioneer that does not lie to its people, calls upon you to support it and work with it to restore the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) once again, so that Islam and its people will be honoured and kufr (disbelief) and its people will be humiliated. That is the great victory.

[إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى السَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ]

“Surely in this is a reminder for whoever has a ˹mindful˺ heart and lends an attentive ear” [Qaf: 37]
