[The Text of the Speech delivered in a Picket by Members of Hizb ut Tahrir in Bethlehem on Saturday, 22/8/2015]

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Praise be to Allah, and prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah,

Allah (swt) says:

( (إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحَادُّونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُولَئِكَ فِي الْأَذَلِّينَ * كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا وَرُسُلِي إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ))

"Indeed, the ones who oppose Allah and His Messenger - those will be among the most humbled. Allah has written, "I will surely overcome, I and My messengers." Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might." [Al-Mujadila: 20-21]

O Muslims:

Is it not time for the state of chaos and lawlessness and abuse carried out by the administrators and affiliates of the Security Agencies to end?!! Or do they think that people are slaves deprived of dignity...?!!
Is it not time for them to realize that in the Ummah of Muhammad there are men who are dignified with their Deen who do not accept humiliation?!!

Is it not time that they realize that the Dawah carriers, the members of Hizb ut Tahrir have devoted themselves to the establishment of the Deen of Allah on earth, and that all the means of repression, arrests and torture will not dissuade them from this good...

Is not time for the directors of the security agencies and its affiliates to realize that their humiliation in front of the occupation and their arrogance they exercise on the people will only disgrace them in this life and the Afterlife.

Is it not time that they see the truth and realize that Islam is the undefeated Deen of Allah... Is it not time that they stand on the side of their Ummah and their Deen...

O people:

Over a month ago the Palestinian Authority (PA) represented by the President of the Preventive Security Service in Bethlehem, Hijazi Al-Ja'bari, confiscated the identity card and the car of a member of Hizb ut Tahrir from the street, not for any reason but for their hostility against Islam and its advocates. The Palestinian Authority retained the car, despite the intervention of some elders to end the matter, especially since in the car there were the passports of the brother's parents, which are needed to complete the necessary travel arrangements to perform the Hajj.

After delays and procrastination, the PA handed over the passports to the Ministry of Awqaf to complete the pilgrimage procedures, in an attempt to exonerate itself in front of public opinion; they already carried out the same action last year and tried to prevent Brother Muhannad from travelling to perform Hajj.

Although the PA and the Governor of Bethlehem are aware of this incident through dignitaries and the father of the brother who handed the Governor a letter in this regard, and despite the response of the prosecution that there were no cases filed against the brother or his belongings, the PA is still and up to this moment seizing the car and the identity card of the brother.

Indeed, what was carried out by the PA affiliates in Dura, Hebron, Jenin, Qalqilya and other areas of attack on the Hizb's brothers and others by beatings and torture reveal the state of its hostility towards Islam and the people of the Blessed Land.

The aggression of the security services on your sons and their exposure to arbitrary arrests, beatings and confiscation of private property to blackmail and pressure them are crimes they must be held accountable for. The action by the conservatives ones provide a cover for these crimes and make them partners in these crimes...

O Muslims:

We stand here today to protest against the abusive practices and the actions of Pharaohs carried out by the security forces against the people of Palestine and against the members of Hizb ut Tahrir to politically blackmail them, and unconcerned of the consequences of its actions in the Deen of Allah, or even by the laws set by the PA itself, in a scene depicting the tip of recklessness and arrogance.

We stand here today to tell the PA that the repression and harassment policies and the prosecution will not benefit the Palestinian Authority and its agencies in anyway, and will not terrorize the people, the time of fear has gone, and the, and an introduction to problems that affected those of more powerful and more ruthless than them; this increases the stifling of people and their outrage on the PA until the people take them by their throats.

It would have been better for the PA to lash out its anger on the settlers who storm Al-Aqsa Mosque morning and evening and burn the children and uproot the trees and bring destruction instead of harnessing its forces to repel from the path of Allah and fight Islam and its Dawah carriers.

Let the PA and its agencies know that the members of Hizb ut Tahrir have devoted themselves to the Deen of Allah to implement it on the people to establish the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood. And the arrest or prosecution of their loved ones will not dissuade them and prevent them from performing Allah's obligations, rather the PA crimes will increase the Hizb members' persistence and will confirm to the people the sincerely of their call, so however much effort is spent by those who want to prevent people from the way of Allah, it will only be like blowing to put out the light of the sun.

The wheels of Islam are turning and Allah (swt) will fulfill His promise, and the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of the Prophethood will be established, and the Blessed Land will be cleansed from the abomination of the Jews and then these criminals will not survive... they think it will not be soon, but we see that it is near.

((إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْراً))

"Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allahhas already set for everything a [decred] extent" [At-Talaq: 3]

O Allah, make us victorious by Islam and make us bring the victory for Islam

O Allah, punish the oppressors and criminals...

O Allah, punish the Jews and those who follow them

O Allah, we ask you a respite, soon... and your aided victory, a rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood that will unite the ranks of the Muslims and implement the Deen and repel the aggression of the Kuffar and usurpers...

O Allah, grant us the company of your Messenger and make us from your guided slaves and Praise be to Allah.
