Although Mr. Fadel Amzaiev, Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Ukraine, has declared the intent of Hizb ut Tahrir / Ukraine of organizing a global conference on October 7 -8, 2013 entitled: "Hizb ut Tahrir and the Islamic Dawah after the Soviet Union: Reality and Challenges" at a press conference held in the press center of QHA in Simferopol - Crimea on Tuesday, 25 Dhul Qi'ddah 1434 AH , corresponding to 01 October 2013, but the hidden forces directed the Ukrainian authorities to prevent the convening of the conference at the last minute of the day to take place. Therefore the Shabaab and Hizb supporters in Ukraine organized a march which was concluded with a press conference participated in by Mr. Fadel Amzaiev, Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir/ Ukraine, and Engineer Osman Bakhash, Director of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir, and Brother Taji Mustafa, media representative of Hizb ut Tahrir/Britain and Okay Pala,  media representative of Hizb ut Tahrir / Netherlands and Professor Mahmoud Karr, Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir/ Turkey, illustrated the reasons and causes of the prevention of the conference and brutal campaign led by Russia harassed the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in Russia,  the Central Asian states and independent States from the Soviet Union. They also answered questions from journalists. The press conference lasted approximately two hours and was covered has dozens of local and international media.
