When the Muslims had a State, it Punished Murderous Criminals

Once the State Collapsed, Muslims lost their Shield,

and their Enemies of the Kuffar Appeared.

They do not spare Infants or Elderly who else other than the Khilafah "Caliphate" will be their Rescuer?

Who else other than the Khilafah "Caliphate" to Protect the Ummah & will be Victorious for the Oppressed and avenge the casualities?

Who else other than the Khilafah "Caliphate" will return the Displaced  to their Homeland?
