O Rulers, Is There Not a Single Righteous Man Among You?
(Translated)

The oppressive entity occupying the holy land of Palestine continues its brutal assaults on Muslims everywhere. It is not deterred by any earthly borders or heavenly skies, and it freely sheds the blood of innocent children, elders, and women. Even trees and stones have not been spared from its crimes.

The latest of its crimes includes the assassination of brother Ismail Haniyeh and his companion in the heart of Tehran, Iran's capital. Just hours before that, it assassinated Fuad Shukr in the southern suburb of Beirut, Lebanon's capital. Before that, it bombed the Iranian embassy in the heart of Damascus, leading to the deaths of many Iranian military leaders. The entity continues to threaten and vow more killings and assassinations everywhere, boasting of its ability to reach the capitals of these so-called sovereign states that consider themselves protected and secure. Ministers of the entity and its military leaders have brazenly declared that they will reach anyone who dares to move against the entity, claiming the ability to strike deep within the capitals of Muslim lands without fear or hesitation. Yet, we have seen no response or action from the rulers of these capitals to deter this oppressive enemy!

The entity's foreign minister warns Erdoğan when he asserts his ability to intervene in Gaza as he did in Libya, reminding him of Saddam's fate in Iraq, knowing well that Erdoğan's statements are empty, serving only to cover up his failures and conspiracies.

The entity's Prime Minister, Netanyahu, arrogantly threatens—despite knowing that he is defeated and troubled—anyone who might even consider blaming the Jews, let alone directing cannons or missiles at them. And everyone remains silent, wallowing in an unprecedented disgrace and humiliation in history! None of the rulers dare to respond to this madman with something to deter him. The best among them merely complains to the United Nations or calls on the International Community to pressure the entity to reduce or stop the ongoing attacks. This is not out of compassion for Muslims or mercy for the weak in Palestine, but out of fear that a full-scale war might break out, threatening their thrones and shaking their regimes, and that they might be swept away by the simmering anger of the people who yearn for the day when these decayed thrones are swept away, these miserable governments are removed, and these rulers are uprooted.

All we have heard from these rulers is condemnation and denunciation, referring the matter to the United Nations, and requesting the Security Council to condemn the attacks or issue a resolution that isn't worth the ink it's written with, assuming the U.S. doesn't use its veto power to block it, allowing the resolution to pass only if it serves its own interests. They know full well that these resolutions do not achieve even a mustard seed's worth of restoring dignity or liberating an inch of land.

This oppressive entity continues its aggression and crimes because it finds no deterrent and fears no punishment. It flounders in every direction after receiving severe blows from a handful of mujahideen who have been besieged for decades. In its desperation, it agitates public opinion and cries out to the world for rescue, seeking refuge with its main sponsor of evil and arrogance, America. The entity's foreign minister waves this support in front of Turkey, reminding them of Saddam's fate in Iraq.

Haven't these rulers realized that the Muslim masses are eager for victory and ready for sacrifice? We know they are keen to weaken this fervor because they fear that the Ummah might unite and sweep away their thrones in a flood of liberation. These rulers of misfortune continue to press down on their people, stifling their sources of strength and weakening their resolve to please the Jews, protect the entity, and safeguard the West's interests, which are secured through the thrones of these tyrannical and negligent rulers.

If even one of these rulers had an ounce of honor, he would rise up against the world's tyrants, finding the entire Ummah behind him with all its military, human, and economic power. If any of these rulers had any sense left, they would not delay in offering support, finding the Ummah rallying around them, fighting from behind them without fear of death or dread of the enemy.

[وَلَوْ أَرَادُوا الْخُرُوجَ لَأَعَدُّوا لَهُ عُدَّةً وَلَكِن كَرِهَ اللهُ انبِعَاثَهُمْ فَثَبَّطَهُمْ وَقِيلَ اقْعُدُوا مَعَ الْقَاعِدِين]

“And if they had intended to go forth, they would have prepared for it [some] preparation. But Allah disliked their being sent, so He kept them back, and they were told, "Remain [behind] with those who remain."” [Surat At-Tawba:46]

The Ummah now understands that victory comes from Allah and is dependent on adhering to His deen. It has seen a living example in the steadfastness of the small group of mujahideen in Gaza and the West Bank, and the patient and steadfast group that stands firm on the truth. This group has become feared by the Jewish entity and the forces of disbelief and tyranny that support it, who calculate every move with them in mind.

Imagine if this strength extended to include those around the Blessed Land, Egypt, Al-Sham, Iraq and beyond them, the Muslim lands in the East and West. A sweeping force that would stand against the West and send it back defeated, unified under the Raya of Islam to fight against oppression and the oppressors, and to support the weak and downtrodden?

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُم مِّنَ الْكُفَّارِ وَلْيَجِدُوا فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ]

“O you who have believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness. And know that Allah is with the righteous.” [Surat At-Tawba:123]

This popular movement aiming to unite the Ummah and bring it together is exactly what the oppressive rulers, followers of the Jewish and the West, fear the most. That is why we hear nothing from them but calls for calm and restraint, fearing the expansion of the war or in the name of preserving what they call regional stability. As if they are living in the luxury of security and the comfort of peace, oblivious to the killing, torture, and crimes happening right before their eyes!

If this is what these rulers fear, and we are certain that they act only on the orders of their Western masters, how can the honorable leaders of the Muslim armies and soldiers accept to compromise their deen, protect these oppressors, and not stand up for their sisters, the mothers of the mujahideen and the widows of the martyrs, and for the orphaned children who find neither bread nor water?

[وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ]

“And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help,” [Surat Al-Anfal:72]

We urge all who possess strength, faith, any remaining sense of honor or chivalry to rise up and support your oppressed brothers and sisters. We call upon you to rise against the enemies of this Ummah, traitorous and conspiratorial rulers who are the very bridges you must cross to rebuild your glory and restore your dignity and supremacy. There is no other way, for it has become evident to anyone with reason and intellect that these rulers are the greatest obstacle, the solid rock that the West has placed in the path of unity and empowerment.

The time has come to remove this obstacle by any means necessary and to open the gates of jihad wide to liberate all Muslim lands, not just Palestine.

[وَاللهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]

“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know.” [Surat Yusuf:21]
