Gaza is an Issue for the Ummah and its Armies, Not the Agents of US CENTCOM

On 15 November 2024, the Chief of Army Staff referred to the Gaza massacre, insisting that Pakistan will not be part of any “global conflict.” Gaza is an issue for the Ummah and its armies, not agents of US CENTCOM. The Chief of Army Staff was given detailed commands regarding Gaza during his visit to America in December 2023, which are being followed up periodically. In obedience to the commands of the Americans, General Asim Munir is preventing the brave and capable armed forces of Pakistan from mobilization in support of Gaza, despite the increasing pressure from both the Ummah and its armed forces.

O Muslims of Pakistan and their Armed Forces! The military leadership has declared that it will not participate in global conflict. So, on what basis is it advocating the American two-state solution, which surrenders most of the Blessed Land of Palestine to the entity of the Jews? On what basis did the military leadership deploy Pakistan’s naval ships to protect supplies for the Jewish entity, from the attacks of the mujahideen of Yemen?

If the military leadership is not participating in global conflict, then why are there unannounced restrictions imposed on the raising of flags in support of Gaza in Pakistan? Why, then, do the authorities imprison Muslims protesting in favor of the oppressed of Gaza? Why do the authorities destroy their protest camps and file judicial cases against them? Of course, the military leadership is participating in this global conflict, but on the side of the Jewish entity, America and the crusaders of today. Domestically, the military leadership is fearful of the Muslims and their armed forces, and so is crushing any attempt at Shariah accountability of the rulers.

O Armed Forces of Pakistan! The military leadership has clearly refused to protect the Muslims, Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and the Blessed Land of Palestine. Now, you cannot claim that you are waiting for orders from the military leadership because those orders will never come. So, what other way do you have left to perform the Shariah obligation of supporting the oppressed, other than removal of the military leadership that is an obstacle in your way? Allah (swt) said,

[وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُقَـٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ ٱلظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَٱجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّۭا وَٱجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيرًا]

“And what is the matter with you? You do not fight in the cause of Allah and for oppressed men, women, and children who cry out, “Our Lord! Deliver us from this land of oppressors! Appoint for us a saviour; appoint for us a helper—all by Your grace.”” [TMQ Surah an-Nisa 4:75].

Hizb ut Tahrir has been calling you since the first day of the world war against Gaza. With each passing month, it has become clearer to you that the military leadership is an agent of America. So come forth and grant your Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. The Khilafah is the only Islamic political project within the Ummah through which this whole situation can be reversed. Dawah and Jihad will start again after your Nusrrah. Then, your Khaleefah Rashid (rightly guided Caliph) will lead you in Jihad in the Path of Allah (swt), and will uproot the dominance and influence of America in the world.
