America Seeks a Decisive Victory in Afghanistan

The American government, through international institutions, particularly the United Nations, aims to achieve a decisive victory. It is a victory that it had been unable to secure, despite more than twenty years of war against Islam and the Mujahideen in Afghanistan. The pursuit of this victory began when America allowed Qatar to host the Taliban movement, and open an office for the movement in Doha in 2013. Through this office, America politically engaged with the movement, leading to several rounds of negotiations involving America and intermediaries, including Pakistani intelligence. Ultimately, both sides agreed to the handing over the country to the Taliban movement, with the withdrawal Western military forces, but with the continuity of the “deep state” loyal to America. This deep state was set-up by the American-Afghan agent that America brought atop of an American tank, Hamid Karzai, along with his foreign minister Abdullah, Abdullah, who managed the Afghan High Council for National Reconciliation, alongside the former president Rabbani.
To ensure that America and the Western colonialist powers are reassured about the future and reality of the Afghan “nationalist” state, after the Doha Agreement, they imposed conditions, plans and government structures, upon the regime of the Taliban movement. This was to ensure that the movement’s state would not be distinct from the other current states in the Islamic World, all of which are entirely subservient to the West. The most crucial goal was to prevent the Taliban movement from forming an Islamic government, or declaring an Islamic state that rules exclusively and comprehensively by the Noble Quran and Prophetic Sunnah, a cause for which thousands of Afghan Mujahideen were martyred.
Despite the Taliban movement agreeing to the final Doha Agreement before taking power in 2021, and agreeing to establish an Afghan “nationalist” nation state, with an Islamic veneer, instead of an Islamic state, America did not accept the movement and its government into the Western colonialist club, like its other subordinates in various Islamic countries. Instead, America continued to add conditions and dictates for the government. In response, the Taliban movement’s government continued to accept and implement these dictates to the letter. This acceptance and implementation is to the extent that the Taliban not only refrained from enforcing Shariah law, it also joined the Western alliance in its crusade against Islam. The government pursued, imprisoned, and tortured anyone demanding the application of Shariah law, contrary to its previous claims. It even demanded that those working to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood “repent” and abandon the noble effort of ruling by all that Allah (swt) has revealed, the work of resolute Prophets (as) and Messengers (as)! Thus, the Taliban movement fell into the trap of the West, as mentioned in the verse,
[وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلَا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ]
“And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their way of life. Say, ‘Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance.’ If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allah no protector or helper.” [TMQ Surah al-Baqarah 2:120]. Following the way of life of the Jews and Christians is not limited to beliefs. It includes all ideologies and principles that their hands have fabricated in defiance against Allah (saw), such as democracy, secularism, and the concepts of nationalistic and patriotic states.
In line with the efforts of America and its allies to monitor and groom their offspring in Afghanistan, the third round of talks began on Sunday 30 June 2024 in the Qatari capital, Doha, between UN officials, the special envoys to Afghanistan and representatives of the Taliban government. More than twenty envoys, including the US Special Representative for Afghanistan, met with the Taliban delegation led by its spokesperson, Zabihullah Mujahid. As usual, America and its colonialist organizations, in any negotiations or initiatives, present a superficial agenda for media and public consumption, while hiding the true various goals and objectives. Behind America’s declared goal of discussing “women’s rights,” and the role of civil society in the country, lies the agenda to ensure the state of the Taliban movement follows the agreed-upon plans between America and the movement, including Westernizing the conservative Afghan society, and exploiting Afghan women in the labor market. This is similar to what America’s agent in the Arabian Peninsula, Salman, and his reckless son are doing.
Political ignorance is no longer acceptable from any movement, faction, Mujahid, or politician working within the Ummah. This is the case now more than ever before, since everyone is aware of the intricacies of political conspiracies, and established Shariah rulings, that warn against alliance with the kuffar, and prohibits supporting them. No one is oblivious to the international community’s deceit against Islam and Muslims, as it harbors no goodwill towards us. Hence, there is no excuse for anyone!
The Sheikh that is currently imprisoned in the jails of the Jews, the advocate for establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, Sheikh Yusuf Makharza, has said, الأعمال الصالحة التي تأتيها في الماضي هي رصيد لك في الآخرة وفي الدنيا، يثني الناس عليك بها ويحبونك لأجلها شريطة أن تبقى في المسار، فإذا كنت أمينا ثم صرت سارقا فإن النكير عليك يكون أعظم من النكير على من قضى عمره سارقا، وإذا كنت مجاهدا ثم صرت نصيرا للعدو تعينه على إخوتك فإياك أن تظن للحظة أن تاريخك أو تاريخ جماعتك يشفع لك، فكل نفس بما كسبت رهينة والتعاون مع العدو يسقط هيبتك ويذهب بكرامتك ويُحل عرضك ويُجرى عليك خلق الله، فالتوبة التوبة قبل فوات الأوان “The good deeds you performed in the past are your assets in the Hereafter and in this world. People will praise and love you for them, provided you remain on the right path. If you were honest, but then turned into a thief, the condemnation upon you would be greater, than that upon someone who spent their entire life as a thief. If you were a Mujahid and then became an ally of the enemy, assisting them against your brothers, do not think for a moment that your or your movement’s history will intercede for you. Every soul is held in pledge for what it earns. Collaborating with the enemy destroys your dignity, nullifies your honor, and subjects you to the disdain of people. So, repent before it is too late.”
Therefore, the heedless leaders of the Taliban movement must rectify their course. They must accept what they initially rejected when Hizb ut Tahrir offered to establish the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood. If the leadership of the movement does not rectify its ways, the sincere members of the movement, who are numerous, must correct their leaders’ deviations. They must hand over authority to the sincere and competent politicians of Hizb ut Tahrir. This will earn them the satisfaction of the dwellers of the earth and the sky.
The Prophet (saw) said,
«وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتَأْمُرُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلَتَنْهَوُنَّ عَنْ الْمُنْكَرِ أَوْ لَيُوشِكَنَّ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عِقَابًا مِنْهُ ثُمَّ تَدْعُونَهُ فَلَا يُسْتَجَابُ لَكُمْ»
“By the One in whose hand my soul is, you must enjoin good and forbid evil, or Allah will soon send upon you a punishment from Him; then you will call upon Him, and He will not respond to you.” [Tirmidhi]
