Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan Shabab held a dialogue point in the universities on Sunday 30 Jumada II 1436 AH corresponding to 19/04/2015 CE which was met with an overwhelming response from students. Among the most prominent topics that prompted discussion in the dialogue point was the issue of elections. Students repeatedly asked about the elections that pre-occupied them, "Is it permissible to participate in the elections or not?" The Hizb members outlined and explained the Islamic ruling; which is the prohibition of participation in the elections based on a man-made secular constitution that rules the country.

From the issues that took a large part of the student comments was the talk of the obligation of the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" and the importance of its establishment as it is the protector of the Muslim lands.

The students showed a high degree of awareness, manifested in longing for the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" and the unity of Muslims and the implementation of Islam.
